Not many internships options were there by the college except the aicte internship. But one student needs to find internship on their own. Most of the internship by the college were paid internship meaning you need to pay the company for internship and the certificate which was not worth it for me.

Various virtual internship offers are provided. Some of them are from tcs, aicte eduskills, internshala, etc. However students can get their own internship through their skills. Teachers too guide and help us with internship offers.

Our college gives internship opportunities to its students. many companies like amazon, Flipkart, Capgemini, and Infosys comes to our college for on-campus placement and Many students already got the internship.

The college placement of Greater Kolkata College of Engineering and Management is really good. Last year our college the best package was around 10 LPA and the average package was around 4 LPA. More than 80 present students are placed last year.

Our college Greater Kolkata College of Engineering and Management offers internship opportunities form the third year. Many companies come our college for internship opportunities like amazon, IBM, Flipkart.

The present scenario of the stipend offered is not known, but back from 2008 to 2012 the scope was pretty limited. We had to arrange for the internship on our own. So this was an area of major concern back in the day. I am sure after the takeover of the JIS group things might have improved.

Many of the students got an internship at many companies, if you want to get internships you can apply for it, most of the students got internships from famous companies like TCS, Wipro at a very good stipend.

Very Reputade companies come for placement on our campus. Like TCS Wipro IBM. The company are offered for internship us. The stipend is like 18000-22000/ Month. That is so much valuable in this situation. Very innovative projects were done there.

Though my department of Mechanical Engineering is favorite for its labs, facilities, faculties and it is as good in other sections also. Certainly, our college provides adequate infrastructure and quality teaching of the faculty members here. The ME department of Gkcem is my favorite one in this college as students passing out as well existing ones make it big be it projects or getting jobs at reputed companies. "
