Student condition at engineering College Bikaner

Likes

classes are regular and proper attendance
Sports activities likes criket vallybal and other games
Behaviour of teachers towards students are good

Dislikes

College classroom are in very bad condition
College is placed in a industrial area So very difficulty at going to college and city
Not any proper canteen or stationery from the side of college

Now I am in 1st year and I want to become a software developer. My father friend who is a engineer those are exciting me for this. And he said that learn it and do it. There are 3 hours exam semester exam

Likes

College has all kind of labs which are usefull and working so that we can do things with practicals
It has the anti-ragging environment and prevents the seniors not to bully any students
In this college 2-3 games helds tournament and goes to other campuses.

Dislikes

Sometimes the teachers doesn't come to take classes as per his/her thoughts.
There are not much games ground except 2-3.
Sometimes college wifi doesn't works so we are unable use internet those days.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have the Computer Science and Engineering. And I have the very relatives and my father also wants me to choose this stream and makes me interested in it. And my uncle also has CSE brach so this makes me closer to my brach more.

Placement Experience:

On campus placement is not so good only some of the students gets placed and average package is around 6 to 8 lakhs as off campus placement is very good almost all students gets placed off campus as our college is government so exposure is very good

My review is much more different from other i decided in class 12th for Information technology and Computer Science Department because I have a start up plan and I work on it smoothly with coursework .

The college is too large and beautiful the there are so many trees and investment is so good
The focus on sports and other curricular activities
The teachers are soo friendly and helpful

Dislikes

There is not any kind of placement opportunities
The examination are so tough and the study is very poor

They make my degree very useful I learn many practical project form this college this collage give me knowledge so much I read Java python html css php Javascript c c++ database management system data structure and many more

The faculty expertise are good and also there teaching methods are very helpful. I liked the relationship mentors build with the students which gives them confidence to interact with the mentors without any hesitation and most of them are very helpf
The regularity of lectures and supportive nature of teachers as well as HOD's is a bless.
Individual labs are there for each subject and the are very much in use by conducting regular practical classes with proper guidance. Talking about the infrastructure of the labs, the are fully air-conditioning and with proper instruments and device.

Dislikes

The irregularities of conducting exams and also the results makes trouble because it leads to take a session out of track and hence student didn't get time to cover up the mess created by this kind of irregularities.
Cultural activities like fest and other events like hackathon, coding events are not held in this college.
Placement are not provided by the college so far which is very disappointing. Same thing goes for internships. These are essential for any student who is pursuing btech.

The decision to take this course is my interest in coding and making a good career and as soon as I got this college I started Bulding it with good mentorship. Teaching methods are good but some more interesting events and practical related to this course could give a boost to learning. The only thing which is a huge trouble is timing of exams . The exam schedule of this college is always out of track and always they held them late so the results are also late and so the session which is a massive problem that needs to be solved though the difficulty level is moderate.

Likes

I liked the central library because we can sit and read whatever we want there.
Campus was very neat and clean and all staff member are humble.
Teacher are very friendly as they will help you after the college as well.

Dislikes

Sometimes university delays examination by a month or two.
To get one certificate you need to wait for longs.
University authorities are not good as they are not providing details.

Placement Experience:

After 7th semester students with more than 7.5 CGPA are eligible for campus placement. Very less companies are coming there for campus hiring so competition will be tough. Names of some good companies visiting are metacube pvt ltd, Renosys, TCS etc.

COLLEGE campus and overall infrastructure.
Senior and colleague of my college is good
Facilities and all faculties of college.

Dislikes

Not availablity of teachers in time is worst.
Parking spot and parking area is dirty so it needs improvement
This college is situated in industrial area so this need pure qir

My course is Computer Science and the syllabus of this is too easy as well as complicated.Due to scope in this branch I adopted this .The maximum students are in computer branche. Semester pattern are applied in this college.

Review of engineering college bikaner

Likes

The faculty is bit dusty but is good as most of them are either IITians or nitians or perusing phd from iit.
Availability of wifi almost throughout the campus.
The labs are well furnished and the number of labs is also large.

Dislikes

The area this college is situated in is pretty remote the nearest locality is about 1.5 km away.
The university governing this college is delaying exams and results since corona time and hasn't recovered from it till now.

Students become eligible from the start of the 8th semester for on-campus placements, and the faculty is very collaborative as there is no difficulty in getting a noc(no objection certificate) for internship purposes. Companies visiting: Grass solutions Pvt. Ltd., Icici Bank, inani marble industries, Jaypee mechanical India Pvt. Ltd., Etc.
