Likes

I liked the central library because we can sit and read whatever we want there.
Campus was very neat and clean and all staff member are humble.
Teacher are very friendly as they will help you after the college as well.

Dislikes

Sometimes university delays examination by a month or two.
To get one certificate you need to wait for longs.
University authorities are not good as they are not providing details.

Course Curriculum Overview

First year will be common for everyone means you will be studying all branches as well as communication skills with human value. You will be learn different technologies like DSA, python also now they started BTech in Specialization as well where they are offering Btech with AI ,cyber security.

Placement Experience

After 7th semester students with more than 7.5 CGPA are eligible for campus placement. Very less companies are coming there for campus hiring so competition will be tough. Names of some good companies visiting are metacube pvt ltd, Renosys, TCS etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

There will be lot of scholarships from Rajasthan and central govt. and also college offers government aided seats where you need to pay just for semester exam forms and some development fee of only 5000/semester. There are opportunities for campus placement as well where companies like TCS, metacube and some local companies will hire.

Campus Life

Library access is good out there. You have access of both central library and book bank once you get your college ID. In library you can get almost all the books of your course. Two major fest are celebrated there one is AARAMBH and other one is SAMBHAV.

Admission

12th with PCM and should have minimum 60% in 10th & 12th. Admission process will done with REAP By Rajasthan Govt for Free seats. also there will be direct admission. Exam will be moderate level. Each exam will be of 3 hours and optional exams will be of 2 hours.

My straightforward Review of my college life

Placement Experience:

Placements in my collage are not very strong. A few companies visit, but the number is limited and the offer are also not very high . The average package is on the lower side and only a small number of students get placed through the campus. After completing my degree my plans is to continue improving my technical skills and apply for jobs outside the campus where the chances and salary packages are better.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students get eligible for placements which is from 7th semester onwards companies start visiting our college. The companies visited yet are:- Appperfect - it selected 6 students Securemeter Limited - it selected 12 students. Advaiya - it selected 7 students. There are many companies which will visit campus soon. Till now Appperfect has provided a package of 5.5 lpa. The average package is of 4 lpa. The percentage of students getting placed is around 64. My plans are of higher studies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In the year 2014 & 2015, there was a huge scope for people in Computer Science Engineering. There were unlimted number of possibilities for a B.tech graduate at that time. This is why, I chose B.tech Computer Science course. The curriculum will help you to deal with the exams. If you are giving graduate level exams, you will be well guided for it by the faculty. There are no smart classes or good practicals examiner which we call lab technicians which causes everyone a havoc in the labs area. The midterms are the first monthly based exams that you'll need to give in order to pass your academics. After that, Practicals and then written exams.

Placement Experience:

IIIT Kota was initially running at the MNIT Jaipur which is under top 10 nits. IIIT Kota's placements faced a drastic decrement in placement percentage from 92% in 2021 to 74% in 2024, because the campus had shifted to kota in 2021. In 2023-2024 the number of offers was 140 and eligible students were 162, the higest package was of 65 lakh and avg was 13.09. Companies such as yamaha, jio, oyo, infosys, microsoft, samsung sds, amazon capegimini etc visits. Student not only dependent on on- campus, but should also be in touch of off-campanies, and in good approach with their senior. I will frequently keep applying for job interviews.
