- The college campus of this college is very friendly. Also respected seniors are behave very friendly woth us.
- This college provided many chances to get a placement for textile departments students
- a beautiful river Ganga flows in front of this college.
Dislikes
- It established on 1908. So some of the building is very old.
- Some of lab equipments are not available.
- The conditions of the classrooms are not good.
Placement Experience:
The on campus placements of this college is very good. More than 95% students from Textile Technology department got on campus placement in this year 2024. The highest package of this college in this year is 24 Lakh per annum & average placement is 7-8 Lakh per annum.

- Thing I like about this college will be the obviously the teachers and faculty. They help the students a lot. The seniors behave really well and welcomes the newcomers. The machineries and the equipments are very well kept
- The library has lots of book which can help you a lot in your academic life.
Dislikes
- The placement of IT and CSE department aren't that great. If you are really good you will get jobs.
Placement Experience:
Government Colleges aren't known for getting 100% placement. The placement rate of IT and CSE students aren't that high and the average package is just about 6-7LPA. Which isn't much. So many students opt for Higher studies. Many prepare for exams in India like GATE and many also prepare for foreign exams like GRE and TOEFL. Many students also keep tracks with off campus interviews. So at the end for placement college doesn't matter much. The skills you acquire are mostly important

- The placement of this collage for TT and APM student is good
- Heritage building of this campus is pretty good
- Senior of this collage is very good,very helpfull
Dislikes
- The campus area is too short only 5 acres
- Class room and basic science lab is not good
- Tis collage has no identity card for students
Internships Opportunities:
This collage is known for textile collage and students of TT and APM are more opportunity in internship than CSE , IT.
There are lots of company like welspun, brij design ,Raymond etc are gave opportunity of internship for TT and APM student

- Faculty's experience is very good, they teaches us very well
- Infrastructure is average, campus is average distance

- Infrastructure is not so good, lab facility is not so good
- Placements in cse and it are not good, be focus on
- This college is very old, so most of the building looking poor

Our college has good internship programme,,, tata consultancy services has good contribution through our placement procedure,,, we are very acknowledge to Sir Ratan Tata...your resume should be clarified which is requied to mention for internship

- The Interaction Between Seniors and Juniors.It's great all of the seniors of my time were very humble and cooperative in Nature.
- "College Annual Fest is Awesome" in One sentence
- College is Situated Beside Ganga river,The natural beauty is mind blowing.
Dislikes
- Hostel facility is not given to 1st,2nd and 3rd years it's only available for 4th years
- Canteen Food is not upto the mark and they are very expensive
- College campus area is not so big, It's about 4 acres

As I told earlier the main attraction of my college is Placement. Every student of Textile and APM department get's Interships in renowned companies like Vardhman, Raymond, Trident,Sahi, Aditya Birla Jayasree,Donier, Welspun and many more. In some companies you will get stipend but you have to crack the interview of three rounds with comprised of Aptitude Test,GD and PI

- The College location is very good, and the College faculty is expertise, their teaching methods and experience is very good.
- Behaviour of the College faculty is very well.
- The College gives internships as well as placement also.
Dislikes
- Behaviour of the Security guards is very rude.
- College infrastructure is not good as expected.
- Computers are not working properly in laboratory classes.
Internships Opportunities:
Few companies give stipend to intern students, but all companies not given this opportunities. They give internships to all their students, because completing degree of TT & APM , internship is must as criteria.

IN our college GCETTS, here is also an opportunity of internship program. The interview of internship program starts at 3rd year. When they complete 3rd year, each student of Textile technology have to go for internship for 2 months. It may be paid or non paid

- Lab and classrooms are not so that good.
- Funding of this collage is so poor and cant afford all necessities.
- Infrastructure of this college is very bad.
Placement Experience:
From 3rd semester students become eligible for campus placement.
There are few companies visit like TCS, wipro, cabgenini, tech mahindra and others.
Highest package of our college is 11 Lacs per anum and average package is 2.4 lacs per anum.
Total 70% students got placed through our placement cell.
I will go for govt. jobs after getting the degree.

- Teachers are helpful, appreciated,friendly
Dislikes
- Currently hostel is not available (it's under construction)
- Limited food items in canteen and it's not available for all day
- Some building is too old and collage decoration is simple
Placement Experience:
In textile technology and apparel production management they have 80 percent placement
For computer science and information technology they give 40 percent placement opportunity
Other student go for heiger study and off campus placement

- Campus are also good arounded big green tree.
- TT department placement ratio 100 percent.
Dislikes
- My college campuses are small not a big.
Internships Opportunities:
Government College of Engineering Textile Technology, Serampore many companies are visiting our college. Companies like Aditya Birla,
Jayasree, shahi, Vardhan, Raymond, Trident, etc. All students have placed this company. this year's highest package trident company is 18 lpa pre-placement.
