Life at Dr.MCET

Likes

The most liked thing in my college is the library facilities that they offer . They have a very large library with enough books for all students and staffs.
The second most liked thing in my college is they have a guild called student guild of services (sgs) from which they will offer various facilities for students
And one of the things that I like in my college is the air conditioned workstations they provide for students which have a quite environment for working with capable computers for coding

Dislikes

The first and foremost thing I dislike in my college is the infrastructure they provide. It is worst with dirty walls
The second thing I dislike in my college is the canteen facilities they have. It has only veg menu with unhygienic foods.
The third thing I dislike in my college is the uncleaned dirty restrooms they have. It has a bad odour

Placement Experience:

I am currently studying in second year. The students from third and final years are eligible for placements and attending placement drives. The highest package in my college is 27 LPA and the average package is 4-7 LPA depending on the company. Mostly 80% of the students are getting placed in any company. My plan is to pursue higher studies in abroad after getting the degree.

Likes

The environment is good and the lab facilities are well maintained. So we can use the lab facilities at any time. The placement trainings were given according to their interest
There was two Cafeteria inside the campus and it is well mintained
There are two libraries and one of the library was so big with a peaceful environment. There are many types of books available in the library

Dislikes

Some of the classrooms benches were not good so this should be maintained
The ground was too ar from the classrooms
The parking was so rush so the parking area should be extend

Placement Experience:

The placements are good in our college. They provide placement training for each company. And they provide aptitude as a academic subject in the semester. This helps people to crack any interview easily and get placed.

An Average engineering collage

Likes

All facilities will have a friendly interaction which will helps you clarify your doubts with any fear.
Collage infrastructure is neat and clean. But small collage
This collage is giving a good numbers of placement with a good package

Dislikes

Parking of this collage is little bit small

Placement Experience:

My college offers strong placements starting in the 6th semester, with top companies like [TRUST], [ZOHO], and [Infosys] making offers. The highest package is [160000], and the average is [800000]. Around [90]% of students get placed. After graduation, I plan to work in Infosys or pursue higher studies.

Good resources for studying like lab facility computers librarires whic are higher costs hostel facility bus facility
Accredited and every year updation of courses
Colloborate with companies they signed mou with different companies

Dislikes

Lots of students cjoose this college from everywhere
Need more good staffing to gain practical experience
More deduction need to be done in order to join

Placement Experience:

Ife we focused at maximum we get placed mostly everyone get placed 100 percent placement guaranteed til 2022 now 80 % if you wont have any back logs surely you can get placed with atleast 3 lpa..max 12 lpa

My college experiences

Likes

It has many clubs which are both for co curricular and extra curricular.
Laboratory facilities and equipments are also good
Many experienced Faculties are there providing good lecturing

Dislikes

Placement training can be conducted early
Placement companies can also be asked to come early
Industry ready related courses can be introduced

Placement Experience:

Students became eligible for placements in the final year starting and the companies started to come at that time only. Percentage of students placed is around 70 and highest package includes 6 lakhs per annum

Staff are kind they speak well to the students and whatever the help you need you can ask.
They help students to bring out the innovation in them
They help in everything students can easily clear their doubts

Dislikes

Staff were not well experienced and small in age

Placement Experience:

From the fifth semester students are eligible for the placements the companies visitor are vvdn, Wipro ,capGemini, TVS ,Infosys , TCS cognizant, byjus, Zoho, rapid data technology and some more companies

It's my college life

Likes

Hostel facility was good and food is quite good
Lap facility is much appreciated with equipments
Environment around college is very pleasant

Dislikes

Placements could have been better with internships
Culturals and functions has to be held frequently

Placement Experience:

Placements are there but it depends on the department you choose and the year you get pass out.it totally depends on the vacancy of the field. 60 percent of the students gets placed. 80 percent gets the knowledge they seek.

Placement Experience:

Placements begin in the 7th semester. Top companies like Google, Infosys, and TCS visit, with 100+ offers made. Highest package is ?20 LPA, average is ?6 LPA. 85% of students get placed. I plan to pursue higher studies after my degree.

Some teachers were rude, some of them werent have much more knowledge to train students
Need much more practical classes to understand deep
The fees structure was too big for some students from interior

There was a plenty of placement opportunities. Within our college there 2-3 companies inside. Average package was around 4lpa. Now due to market placement is little bit low. I got placed through walk in interview only. They will provide more placement training to help students

Likes

Teaching is good and we can call whenever to clear our doubts.
They conduct more interactive session for us.
Staffs and students relationship are mostly friendly in manner.

Dislikes

Placement for MCA is less when compared to engineering
No sports are available for MCA students

Course Curriculum Overview:

The courses are usefull and helps for our future works. Data structures is little difficult and teaching method was good . If we ask doubt they will tell us clearly. For each semester course duration is effective
