They posses a great teaching skill and try their hard to make the concepts clear.
Talking about campus life, social life... its awesome, we have got good friendly teachers nice helping friends, and our canteens are well maintained too...
Also, our college allows us to apply for many types of scholarships like - svmcm, oasis, national merit cum scholarship, etc.

Dislikes

Placement is not so good. on internship opportunities is not also provided.
Fees structure are very bad. if it some low cost then more better for many students.
Hostel facility is not good not bad but mostly it isn't worth it staying in hostel

Likes

I liked about the campus . It is totally green campus and beautiful atomposhere
It has field to play various sports like football,cricket,basketball.
It has various cultural activities like music,dance,drama.

Dislikes

Sudden fees hike after the admission which affect the students who are not financially stable
No of placements and internship opportunities should be increased
Please bring more core companies to our college where core stream students can get job not only it students.

Placement Experience:

From 3 year students become eligible for campus placements. Various companies like tcs, wipro, deloitte, tata power,jsw and many companies hire our students.In 2023 highest package is 18 lacs per annum and lowest package is 2.5 lacs per annum and the average package is 3 to 4 lacs per annum.

A good 2nd tier college for your future

Likes

Campus life with so many opportunities yo explore.
Ragging free environment with very friendly seniors
Good enough faculties who help you with many stuff and bring out your latent potential.

Dislikes

Campus being a little small. With compact places.
Placements percentage being a little low.
Average package being relatively low as per the current IT sector scene.

Placement Experience:

College has the decent enough placement percentage of 78 for non core branches. It gets a little lower with core branches. The average package here is 3.75Lpa while highest it has ever gone is 13Lpa in 2021. Students are eligible to sit in placement interviews from 7th semester. There is also option for masters degree if that's what you are interested in.

The placement record of this year is not so good just because of recession of the company naf due to this there is down fall in graph this year but overy placement offers average package of around 450000 which is good

Placement without providing intership

Placement is quit good in my department in CSE and IT
Faculty is quit good . All professor are from post graduate
Library is quit good. The books are in quit large numbers

Dislikes

Campus not too big.as there is not to long campus.
Hostel food is quit not so good. Hostel faciltuy is not so good
Some professor are biased. Not treat everyone equally.

Placement Experience:

The placement of our college is quit good as there is almost 90% placement of computer science and Information technology. Placement of electrical is quit good. Average package is 4 lakhs approx. Almost 90% student get placed.

The things which i like most over here is the cost of living.
Here you will get decent package of 7 lakh,8 lakh if you prepare decently for it
College infrasture is also good if you compare it from other colleges of west bengal

Dislikes

Here every second person is involed with alcohol and smoking
You will meet rhe uneducated nd worst senior over here..they dont have anything to show you,to teach you or any positive things.they will show you there garbage character and nature,so stay away from them.
Ragging is done brutally over here.you must need to find the way to get out from those bloody culture and form a good friend circle who will help you in your bad time and enjoy with you in your good time

Placement Experience:

Here you will be eligible for placement after 6th sem.companies like tcs,wipro,cognizent, infosysis and many service based company.here you will get job easipy after your graduation .no one will be unemployed over here .everyone get atleast a job.here the highest package is something like 14 lpa nd average package is something like 3.5 lpa.highest package is offered by icici bank

College life like fest sarswati puja and way teachers are explained the concept
Coding competition conducted by students clubs.
College infrastructure; libary canteen ground

Dislikes

Makut exam routine and bad behaviour of makut
I am not sure but some teachers are not much way of consept exapling.

in the 6th or 7th sem you are alegibale to placement. The most of the compines are viseted in our college like tcs cognizant Wipro Infosys tcs degital tcs ninga. Well educated professors and their teaching methods are good
Good decent infrastructure with nice green campus
The other lab facilities are also good and well maintained

Dislikes

Professors are extremely rude and insolent
Poor connectivity from main road and gives messy experience
Toilets are very dirty with no proper mantainance

Placement Experience:

From 7 semester students become eligible for campus placement and the top companies are Infosys Capgemini cognizant tech Mahindra labvantage the highest packege is 18 lakh and average package is 3 to 3.5 lakh upto 85 percent students get placed

My college Journey

Likes

I like the sports tournament, campus life, Anual fests
Also the trees they give sweet fruits and the grounds

Dislikes

Sometimes the way of teaching and hectic schedule like I feel I am doing too much classes like 7-8 classes in a day
Less opportunity for the students who wants to learn any sports, you should know a sport to play here and also if you want to play matches you have to me master already

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placement from the 6th semester. They are TCS, Cognizant, Accenture, Synapse, Capgemini, etc there are so many for the other departments too The highest package of 2023 was 14 LPA and 2024 had 18 lpa CTC average package is 4.2 lpa All students get placed almost it's like 80-90. My plans are to acquire the highest package in my college ever.
