Now currently I'm in the final year of my B.E, I have paid a total of rupees 5,66,306. However, my batchmates from other categories like SC/ST have a very low amount of fees. There are many scholarships for financial aid some of which are EBC, minority, etc.

The fee hike is there in my college. Approximately 10,000 hike expected for every year and applies to all students. Yes, students are getting a scholarship as per the government scholarship scheme and which is about 40% of annual fees.
Currently, our clg has a fee of 1,27,000 per year for all four branches but economically backward classes i.e family income less than 4 lakh will get scholorship of 50% OF FEE THROUGH MAHADBT. College faculty helps you to obt MAHADBT scholorship.faculty is so nice and helpful. I personally came to know about it through college. I am currently in 2 nd year and I got 50% reedeem cash from gov at end of 1 st year.
Has my family income is less than 8lpa so i opted for ebc scholarship in which we have to pay 50% of tution fees i have to just pay 70k as my yearly fees rather than 1.2lakh there are many scholarship for obc and other class if you are you can opt for it as per job cs and IT branch has great stats in placement region but other branches is not that great
I have applied for an Educational loan for my studies. It is a very easy process. Register through Vidyalakshmi portal, fill in your credentials and select a loan scheme. Then go to the bank once your registration is successful. There are some more formalities in the bank. On average this process takes 1-2 weeks.

I am currently pursuing IT engineering, the curriculum is nearly same as CS. The first year is same for all and from 2nd year onwards core subjects start to rise loke DSA, etc. We need to submit assignments, experiments on time but its really helpful once you dive into core subjects. The faculties here are very experienced and friendly.
