Application Process at DSATM 2025

Admission at Dayananda Sagar Academy of Technology and Management, Bangalore takes place through both online and offline modes.

Given below are the steps to be followed for online admission at DSATM:

• Obtain allotment order from KEA, such as COMED-K, or PGCET allotment order/letter.
• Visit the official website of DSATM.
• Complete the application process by submitting the required details.
• Make the payment in favor of DSATM through a Demand Draft.
• Upload all the relevant documents.
• Submit the documents to the admission authorities.
• Confirm submission.

Given below are the steps to be followed for offline admission at DSATM:

• Obtain allotment order from KEA, such as COMED-K, or PGCET allotment order/letter
• Visit the admission office – Hall of Admissions, Ground Floor.
• Pay the fee through NEFT/ UPI/ RTGS/ DD in favour of DSATM (Cash not acceptable).
• Fill the application form with all the details required, along with a photo, scanned copies of all relevant documents to be uploaded on the student’s login.
• Take the printout of the application form.
• Affix the signature and submit all necessary documents to the admission authority.
• Receive the acknowledgment of the form submission from the admission authority.

Documents Required for UG Admission at DSATM

The following documents are required for admission to the BE and B.Arch programmes through CET and COMEDK UGET Entrance Tests:

• Original Allotment Letter issued by KEA/COMED-K with KEA/ COMED-K fee paid receipt
• Original 10th and 12th marks card
• Transfer Certificate
• Migration Certificate (if applicable)
• Documents under Karnataka Kalayana Region (if applicable)
• Soft copy of PAN Card/AADHAR Cards of parents
• Soft copy of the AADHAR Card of the student
• Passport-size colored photograph, signature of the student
• 3 Xerox copies of all documents mentioned above
• Copy of VISA and passport (for students abroad)

Documents Required for PG Admission at DSATM

The following documents are required for admission to the MBA and MCA programmes through the PGCET Entrance Test:

• Original Admission Order issued by PGCET/ KEA with a fee paid receipt
• Original 10th and 12th marks, all UG (all semesters) card
• Transfer Certificate
• Migration Certificate (if applicable)
• Documents under the Karnataka region (if applicable)
• Photocopy of PAN Card/AADHAR Cards of parents
• 3 xerox copies of all documents mentioned above (black and white)
• Copy of VISA and passport (for students abroad)

Documents Required for UG and PG Admission through Management Quota DSATM

The following documents are required for admission through the management quota:

• Allotment letter of any PG entrance copy (MBA, MCA)
• Original Marksheets - 10th, 12th, Diploma, UG Marks Card (If applicable)
• Transfer Certificate
• Migration Certificate (if applicable)
• 1 recent passport-size photograph with name and branch written on the back
• Photocopy of PAN Card of parents
• 3 Xerox copies of all documents mentioned above

I had written the KCET as well as the COMEDK, since these two were the main entrance exams to secure admission in private engineering colleges in Karnataka. To take admission in my college, you can write the KCET and the COMEDK. You can also secure admission through the management quota. The exam most preferred by students is KCET since the fees are low, and you can also get a scholarship. The cutoff for KCET for my course in 2023 is around 17000, and COMEDK is 26000.
