How to Apply for DKTE B.Tech Admission?

Admission to B.Tech at DKTE is made through MHT CET Counseling. One can visit the official DTE website for the counseling and registration process. The college code for DKTE Society’s Textile and Engineering Institute is 6222. If a candidate wants to apply through JEE Main, then they must register through CAP under All India Seats or be eligible for admission under Institutional quota seats.

Candidate must visit www. https://cetcell.mahacet.org/ in order to register for counseling as per schedule.
Use MHT CET login details to go through the information brochure before filling out the online application form
After filling out the application form, check and take a printout
A confirmation of the online application form and document verification will be given at the Facilitation Centre in person.
This is followed by the display of a provisional merit list, submission of grievance, or displaying of a final merit list.
Then the candidate is required to submit the online confirmation and submission of the Option Form of CAP rounds
Students can accept the allotment given by choosing the option of Self Freeze, or Auto Freeze, through student login.
They have the option to choose Not-Freeze, where the candidate can go for a better allotment in the next rounds
Lastly the candidate must report to the allotted institution and confirmation of Admission by submitting the required documents and paying the fees during the CAP round.

Ques. How to apply for admission to DKTE after JEE Main result?

Ans. Admission to DKTE Maharashtra is done on the basis of JEE Main rank for All India Quota and MHT CET for Maharashtra State Quota. Only the candidate who will meet the cutoff of the respective exam will be admitted through the admission process conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Maharashtra.

Ques. What is DKTE BTech Cutoff through JEE Main?

Ans. The cutoff of B.Tech varies according to the specialization chosen by the candidate. In 2023, the JEE Main cutoff rank for B.Tech at DKTE stood at 16793 for Computer Engineering and 71463 for Civil Engineering.

Ques. Is it possible for a student with 75% in his 10+2, to get admission to DKTE?

Ans. DKTE Society's Textile and Engineering Institute offers admission based on MHT CET Merit for Maharashtra seats, and for others, the admission is based on Jee Mains. Admission:

Eligibility for course can be 10 th + 12 th with entrance exams such as MHT CET or JEE (both entrance exams having non zero scores ) 10 th + diploma in textile chemistry or any textile related course approved by MSBTE Students who have completed diploma program can get admission in direct second year of the degree program and no need to go through 1 st year ( seats for direct second year are limited) Reservation benefits are available as per the caste

The admission process was smooth overall. I found the application process easy. but I didn't like the lack of clear information on reservation benefits. The exam frequency was adequate, but some exams were challenging. The application form, fees, and dates were easily available. The eligibility criteria were clearly mentioned. The first thing i liked is about its location . Because you will not find any difficult to get college
i impressed by course curriculum it is well designed in structured manner as per industry requirement.

I found placement record is not good. companies visiting campus fore core and circuit branches are very less.
i have seen that some student misbehave with teachers and disturb other student also.

Eligibility for taking admission is candidate should have minimum 60 percent marks in 10th standards and minimum 50 percent marks in 12th standards and non-zero percentile in MHT-CET exam. The application process is done through CET cell after declaration of MHT-CET result.

College Time

Library is one the best place to study.
Advanced computer labs in CSE department are very fascinating for true learner.

The common room are not well maintained. Insufficieant supply of water
Projector in some classrooms must be changed and enhance its quality

As per my experience of admission was very good. All the staff members and non-teaching staff are cooperative. They had well managed the whole admission process. The admission process for B.Tech is carried out by MHT-CET or JEE exam score/rank. Application dates were declared by Government authorities (MHT-CET/AICTE). During the admission process college provides some refreshments (Tea, Biscuits), pens, and glue, for things related to paperwork. The college has well-experienced teachers who are consulting students regarding future options and opportunities to help us select the branch. This college provides all the scholarships and reservation benefits too.

Clubs and Social Life and the students and the seniors being very friendly
Placements is one thing which attracted me the most. As the average package is 6 LPA so I could have a good job after my graduation.

The campus is very small. When I look at campus of Pune colleges, I feel our campus is very small.
There is no facility for students who cannot pay fees and are in Open category. There is assistance for students having Caste.

I scored 94 percentile in the MHT-CET examination and I wanted admission to a Computer Science course. So I opted for the D.K.T.E institute of Engineering for my further studies. The admission process was smooth and wanted just my CET Percentile above 85%. Everything is available inside the campus and teachers to help if needed.

For my course that is Computer science ennginnering you can get admission from mht-cet as well as jee also This year for cse mht cet cutoff was 91.33 percentile and jee cutoff was around 80 percentile in my branch If you want to confirm your admission then their faculty will help you to fill admission form and you have to pay your fees around 20 to 30 % to done your admission
