Students claim that Acharya is known for its stunning infrastructure and great shooting spot. If you look into the academic section, it depends on different departments. The faculty for E&C is not that great compared to CS & IS departments. Other departments like Mechanical, E&E, BT, and Mechatronics are average on teaching scale. My point of view

Fees and Financial Aid:

The fees structure for the first year is based on the type of admission for example if a student is from management the student has to pay aroubd 2 lakhs per year but if you are fro kcet you will get a reduced fees of around 1.8 lakhs or 1.6lakhs for a year.The registration fees is around 50,000 so that gets included in the fees structure as for the exams that occures after the completion of the syllabus the fees for it is 1680 where it gets breaked down to 300rs for each subject 150rs for photocopy of the exam script and 30rs for application as students might want to check for any kind of mistakes which might have happend during the correction of their exam script

The fees structure varies based on the sear your going to take.The management seat cost is fixed by the college itself.They charge differently for each course.If you are taking the seat through entrance exams then the amount is fixed by the education board

Life at Acharya

The fees are quite high for COMEDK students around 3 Lakhs per Annum but that also includes the uniform and stationary which includes a couple of t-shirts, a jacket, a hoodie, a lab coat, pair of jeans. There are scholarships for the students who are eligible.

A nice and friendly college for engineering students

Fees get hiked around 5k per year(unofficially). During my admission, I was said to pay 10k extra and the fee for 2nd year was around 80k as said by them but during my 2nd year, I paid 87k. And I don't know y they hike fees

Brief Intro about Acharya Institute Of Technology

The fee structure was average in Acharya. Not very high and not very low. There are more colleges in that area, and the fee and AIT name are more compared to all. Also every year we have to buy extra stuff such as notebooks (Internal notebooks, practicals Notebook). They were mandatory. About the placements, so yes a lot more companies come for the placement and you are eligible to sit after you are in the 6th semester. However different companies have their terms and conditions (Marks, current semester, etc) for students to appear for their placement exams. During placements, lecturers will for sure help in guiding the preparations. There are a few companies that used to appear every year to pick students. So lecturers are familiar with their process and help students accordingly. Overall there is an opportunity and many avails of it. Now it's also on the students how he grasps the opportunity.

The admission in the course is by 3 methods 1. Karnataka CET exam and fees was like 80k for them which is quite affordable. 2. COMEDK exam n fees is very high for them it's around 2.2-2.4 lakhs each year and gets increased very year 3.Managment means donation and depends on branch they have to pay it once and every year it's around 1.7-1.8 lakh for them

Golden days

Don't have idea about scholarship. But there will be scholarships in such a big college. But I took an educational loan from Gujarat and college helped me in providing the necessary letter or documents for processing the same.
