DGC Gurgaon Admission Process

DGC Gurgaon offers undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) courses. For UG courses students must complete 10+2 from a recognized board.Admission is based purely on Merit Basis.

Students must apply through the Haryana Admission Portal at admissions.highereduhry.ac.in. After applying, a merit list will be displayed on the official website. Selected students join online counseling, choose their course and college, and then visit the college for document verification.For PG Courses, Students need minimum 45% aggregate in their graduation from a recognised university and in some cases, a Personal Interview Maybe required.

The following procedure shall be followed for selection of the candidates for admission to various programs:

  • Mere possession of the prescribed academic qualifications does not entitle a candidate for admission to the program.

Admission will be done in three phases i.e.

  • 1st Round of Counselling:
  • 1st Merit List
  • 2nd Round of Counselling:
  • 2nd Merit List
  • 3rd Round of Counselling:
  • Physical Counselling

STEP 1: Online Registration:

  • An OTP Based Registration will be done.

STEP 2: Application Form:

  • Candidates shall Fill up their Personal details, Educational Details, Weightage, Document Upload College and Course preferences.

STEP 3: Online Verification:

  • Application Form of the candidate will be allocated to the Colleges on the basis of first preference filled by the Candidate.
  • College will Verify the Application Form and Documents of the Candidate.
  • SMS/ Email alert will be sent to the Candidates ,if objection is raised. In that case, Applicant needs to remove the Objection and submit the form again.

STEP 4: Merit List & Seat Allocation:

  • Rank will be generated on the Basis of Qualified Marks and Weightage.
  • Merit list is generated as per Ranking and in consideration with Reservation policy.

STEP 5: Fee Payment:

  • Candidates whose name appears in the Merit List can pay the fees in Online or Offline Mode within the scheduled time period.
  • After the payment is confirmed, a receipt will be generated on the Portal and admission will get confirmed.

STEP 6: Admission Confirmation:

  • After the payment is done, candidates can download the fee receipt from the Portal and the admission gets confirmed.

PG ADMISSION:COUNSELLING ROUND 1:

  1. Counselling Round 1- Merit List 1: Allocation of seats is done on the basis of Merit.
  2. Counselling Round 2- Physical Counselling: Physical Counselling for remaining seats, requiring students to be physically present at the College and submit the Application form on the Admission Portal.

UG ADMISSION:COUNSELLING ROUNDS:

  1. Counselling Round 1: Merit List 1: Allocation of Seats is done on the basis of Merit.
  2. Counselling Round 2: Merit List 2: Allocation of Seats is based on the Merit for leftover Seats.
  3. Counselling Round 3: Physical Counselling: Physical Counselling for remaining seats is done where it is required to have students present there at the time of submission of Application form on the Admission Portal.

Note:

  1. The process of filling Sports Seats, if applicable, shall be ensured by the Colleges only during Physical Counselling as per affiliating University/State Government norms.
  2. In no circumstances, admission without registration and submission of admission form on the portal shall be allowed.

According to fees this college is best choice.

Admission:

According to my financial condition i choose this college becasue in this college the fees is very low according to other college where i applied "DPG group of institution". The DPG college was charge me 60000 per year and not give comitment about placemrnt and mine government college is good in fees the government college will charge me 9000 per year and in my college there is centre "E-KARMA" this is a government centre where we can learn other skills and e karma give placement so thats why i admitted in government college. The admission procees of my college is to simple after the 12th board result the government college form will come in "HIGHER EDUCATION HARYANA" so apply that form and select college and bases on your board percentage the college will select you and send a notification on your SMS.

Life in Dronacharya Government College know as DSD

Admission:

To get admission we have to fill an application form released every year by the education department of haryana. After successful registration and application students are sorted for per college on the basis of merit in 12th class and if they meet the cutoff then they get admit in that college if they want.
