The Charm of dr vvpf medical college ahemdnagar

Likes

The college has great campus which is so friendly, hostel is newly constructed so it is good
The teachers are cooperative and understanding that is the thing that i appreciate
I think hospital has great facilities like beds , icu and qualified teachers

Dislikes

The heavy number of classes that you have to attend
I also quite the mess food that is not worthy of eating
The learning facilities need little a bit improvement

Admission:

The college is nearer from home town so i choose the college it is main pro although the a++ rating given by muhs along with reviews taken from some of my friends is also one of reasons that i took admission here

DVVPF Medical College: campus of dreams but lost potential

Likes

The Campus is very beautiful and absolutely gorgeous. Many students even took admission just for the campus.
The faculty is a lil strict and its a good thing as doctors should really be disciplined.
Faculty is well educated and mostly MD in their respective subjects which they teach so you could expect good expertise and lectures from them.

Dislikes

The in time for the boys hostel is 9 so thats a big problem as the college is a lil out of the main city.
The cleaning staff of the hostel is a bit lazy and takes alot of money
Hospital is nice just the patient flow is lil irregular

The Medical Life of Vitthalrao Vikhe Patil Institute, Ahmednagar.

Admission:

I had gone through the selection procedure of NEET-2019. In that, I had entered colleges according to my preference list and this college was the highest college from my preference list that I got admitted in. I didn't avail any quota, I got admitted through the merit list. The admission criteria are for eligibility and since it is a competitive exam the merit is decided per year after the results are out. The minimum marks for eligibility are 50 percentile and the minimum age to appear for NEET-UG is 17.

Admission:

The admission was strictly through NEET. MBBS had always been much of a dream and less of an opt-in career choice. The fact this college was situated at a place which was relatively near to my residential district influenced me too. The forms for NEET are rolled out in December, after which the admissions start in July of the next year and the course sets into action post-August.

Mbbs Course Review

Admission:

The admission to the college is based upon an all india medical entrance exam: NEET which is National Eligibility cum Entrance Test. After 10th grade, i prepared for this Entrance exam for 2 years(11th and 12th) I joined a coaching centre for physics, chemistry and biology. It helped me prepare for both my 12th boards and my entrance exam. I acquired 456 marks in my first attempt. For the admission, you have to fill an online form on the Maharashtra website (dmer) and then your application is accepted. Then you have to verify all your documents at a centre. You have to fill a preference list for your desired colleges which include both government and private medical colleges. Once your application has been accepted fully, then you have to wait for an all Maharashtra state merit list. According to your category and marks you get admission. The list specifies which college you get, there are 3 rounds of merit lists. I got my college in the first merit list.

Admission:

NEET. Yes, the most infamous entrance exam given by lakhs of students led me here. I gave the NEET in May 2017, after my board exams. In the later parts of the year 2017, I got selected in the merit list which was rolled out by the state medical council. After approaching the college for the admission according to our ranks, I was provided with the admission.
