The college provides various scholarship and loan options primarily through government schemes. There are specific scholarships for economically backward classes and students belonging to different categories, such as SC, ST, VJ, and NT, under the Maharashtra government and MUHS. For SC and ST category students, tuition fees are waived, while VJ and NT category students pay only 10% of tuition fees, plus hostel and development fees.
Open category students with a family income below Rs 8 lakh receive a 50% reduction in tuition fees, whereas those with higher incomes pay the full amount. The MBBS tuition fee for 2025 is Rs 36.67 lakh for 66 months, while MD and MS courses cost Rs 24 lakh each. Hostel fees are standard across all categories, and the college facilitates internships with stipends.
