Navodaya and Me

Likes

The teaching of the college is good with good and experienced staff who are very supportive.
The college offers really good library and have plenty of books easy to access ,they also provide ebooks and has digital library for students doing research and thesis
The campus is beautiful with lots of food stalls, available all day and has large amount of parking facilities as well, also the college has playgrounds for cricket , football , volleyball, throwball and basketball.

Dislikes

The hostel management and the poor hygiene of drinking water there
The mess food is very good for nonveg eaters but worst for vegetarians
The hostels face water problems in the months of summer also it is solved by bringing water tankers but it needs a permanent solution.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course of Physiotherapy is a very developing course with lots of career opportunities in the future since the field does not ahev any side-effects and is very helpful in the medical field the field of physiotherapy has its own unique role in treating patients with much care and advancements. The curriculum from the college was really good as we were given the patients exposure from the 2nd yr itself so we had a good idea about how the cases are going to be, how to handle a patient, how to talk with them, how to use the modalities, how to take the assessment of different types of cases like ortho, neuro, cardio, ICU cases as well as pediatric cases ,how the things are going to be in the future.. etc. The area that needs some improvement is the waybbs people treat other staffs the main staffs are really good but the students the residents do not treat the other staff nicely and make them feel inferior so that problem needs to be looked after as soon as possible and changes should be made in it.. The areas that needs improvement is the cardio practicals as there are not much taken so the students do not have a very good idea about the ICU management they just follow their seniors and follow the same protocol so that needs to be addressed also the obg teaching is not much done so that is also an area to be looked after. The internal exams are taken every 3 months plus the vivas and practicals are also taken so that the students get a good idea about the final exams that are conducted by the university once in a year.

Journey towards the healing

Placement Experience:

An annual test will be conducted by the rguhs University. Passing this is dependent upon the study of the student there will be an annual exam for physiotherapy students The internship will be given at the hospital.

A beautiful journey of my life

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this because it has more scope in the future. Faculty is for every subject we have 4 members of professors. Every professor is highly qualified and has a master's and Ph.D. in a single subject. Everyone is having efficient knowledge and experience in teaching. There is a yearly exam for all physiotherapy students. It is conducted by RGUHS University. Passing is depend upon the studies of the student.
