The hostel facilities at IPGME&R include multiple hostels with separate accommodations for MBBS boys, MBBS girls, and postgraduates. Two security guards are available 24/7, and each room typically houses two students. The hostels are well-maintained, regularly cleaned, and equipped with amenities like fire control systems, cameras, and 24-hour water supply. There are no mess facilities, but there are four canteens on campus offering affordable meals with varied daily menus. Hostel fees are very low, around 12 Rs per month.

However, hostel accommodation for first-year students is limited, with priority given to those living more than 50 kilometers away. New hostel buildings are being constructed to address this issue. Rooms are clean but small, and basic furnishings like a bed, pillow, and almirah are provided. Overall, while facilities are good, there is a noted crisis in accommodating first-year students.
