- I liked the fact that my college is one of the medical colleges in kerala with huge patient load which plus point for medical students
- People from various districts approach our college for treatment.
- College faculty and union are student friendly
Dislikes
- There is no campus in our college as most of the land is covered by buildings
- As the patient load is huge, it is difficult for the professors to make out time to teach us. Mostly self study is practiced in our college
Internships Opportunities:
There is mandatory internship of 1 year in our college with a stipend of 25000 rupees per month. During this period students have to work in various departments of college as house surgeons which will add experience to their career. But internship hours are tiring due to huge patient load.

- Professors are nice and the luctures are also good
- Seniors are are really friendly, kind, helping and there is zero ragging
- Academics is really good with consistent examinations, classes, etc
Dislikes
- Hostel food is not that good. But right now measures are being taken and hope it'll get better
Internships Opportunities:
Internship stipend is ?35k for UG interns and 55k fir PG residents.No placement facilities are available. It is not a usual thing in med school to have placements as far as i know.
PG preparations centres are there in the premises which can be made use of.

- I really liked about the teaching and the learning environment and the infrastructure of the college..and the amount of patients and cases they provide and a very good opportunity to better ourselves and become very clinically knowledgeable doctors
- The learning environment and the college functions are awesome along with the people you meet here..and also it is very fun with many places around to see and it is also close to majour towns and cities
- Kottayam is also a nice place and the people respect medical students very much
Dislikes
- Small campus and lot of construction going on and lot of dust and also little space for recreation
- The wardens anre nice but strict also poor hostel for boys
- Also the faculty can be overbearing sometimes otherwise one of the best colleges in the country
Internships Opportunities:
Intership is 1 yr which provide heavy work and opportunities and also exposure.there is no campus placement but you get job just on getting out so no need to worry also you need to have pg for good marks that's a must

- Better hostel facilities are ideal for accomodation

After completing MBBS course we are provided with an opportunity to work as a junior doctor for one year in the hospital. We are posted in all departments in a rotation basis. we get around 26000 Rupees per month as stipend.

- The government hostel they provide is not good
- Construction are done every where near the campus which provide difficulty for us.
- There is no good football ground provided by the college.

And 1 full year of work is done at the hospital as a house surgeon.
Every month we work in different departments.
And sometimes there would be night shifts.

- The relation with the professors is so mesmerizing as the are so much involved in our studies and help us to solve every tasks.
- As the college is a government facility the fee is so affordable for comman man.
Dislikes
- The facilities of the college and hostels are not that much we expect.
- The college activities are minimal as compared to other colleges.

Their exist a one year house surgency posting following the 4.5 year long curriculum and which is done in the same college itself with monthly payment of 26000. This is a period of study of all the departments and to choose a field for the future studies.

Being a government college internship can be done at the college itself. Compared to other states here or provides a very good amount as stipend. Almost 25,000 per month per student which is descent amount.

We are doing the internship in our college itself as house surgeons. It is done after our final year. It lasts for one year . We are posted in different departments in the hospital. We are also given stipend for each month.

- Ac classrooms and smart board. Library just near to college

- Too much work load and teachers are strict
- Environment is too hot and full of humidity. Too much raining.
- Shops close at 8:30 pm, no night life, food not good

Internship is there and we will get around 29k per month. Internship is hard because there is a lot of workload here and we will not get time to go home. we have to go in some government hospitals nearby and community task also

- Pollution due to the construction work which is going on nearby.
- Extra classes taken as a part of some leave that has occurred
- Distance between different departments has made me so difficult to reach on time

Intership is given after completing the fourth year of our course .Interns are assigned duties in different departments and this gives them an overall idea about every departments.They are assigned duties in both casualties and wards.
