The college does not offer direct placements, as is typical for medical colleges in India. Instead, it provides a compulsory one-year internship after completing a 4.5-year MBBS course. During the internship, students are posted in various departments and gain practical experience working as house surgeons. The monthly stipend for interns ranges from Rs.
24,000 to Rs. 30,000, varying slightly based on the year and specific conditions. Internship opportunities include training in first aid, medico-legal aspects, basic surgical skills, and emergency management. The college is affiliated with several renowned hospitals, offering extensive clinical exposure. Postgraduate (PG) coaching classes are conducted by alumni, attracting students nationwide.
Despite the lack of formal placements, graduates generally find ample job opportunities in both government and private sectors.
