Likes
- Almost everything is fine classroom are average and if there is need of any improvement it is in hostel.
- We used to ho to class and also we having posting where we interact with students
- Teachers are intelligent fully qualified and very polite to students
Dislikes
- The infrastructure of our college and hostel is not good at all
- This degreee causes a lot of stress from each point of view whether it is due to study or anything
- There are no placement in this college and during internship we have to work all day and night
Internships Opportunities:
Internship is compulsory for all students of bachelor of medicine and bachelor of surgery it last for 365 days in which we have to work for all day and night without any such break it is really very difficult and as stipen they provide us only 13000 a month which is very less as compared to other states

- Faculties are highly qualified and are best in their respective fields.
- Infrastructure has developed over past few years, Cafeterias and Library are centrally Air conditioned, New lecture halls have been made.
- Library has 500 students sitting capacity, with good lighting, sitting and all books available.
Dislikes
- Washrooms need renovation and proper sanitation
- Lifts should be maintained in a better way, rather new ones should be employed now as many departments are almost 5,6 floors up.

Internships Opportunities:
Internship of 1 year post mbbs is mandatory for all mbbs students, currently a stipend of 12500 is given monthly which is expected to rise shortly.
College even provides opportunity to foreign medical graduates to join for internship in hospital.

- College is well established and hence provides all the facilities to students . Labs and classes are well equipped.
- College provide a great exposure to patients. And give opportunity to students to deal in front .
Dislikes
- Social life is not that good in the City. Mostly shops are closed around 9 pm in the night
- All the processes are a little delay and takes time to proceed .
Internships Opportunities:
Compulsary internship of 12months is offered to every student after mbbs . Internship is rotatory and students are placed in different departments like ortho , gynae , emergency services , ENT ,etc.
Students are required to serve in the same college for 12 months .

- Shortage issues , hot weather in summers and non functional AC
- Hostel good , little bit of toxicity, ever lasting competition
- Less personal space and time , management issues
Internships Opportunities:
Every student has to undergo compulsory intership of 1 year as per state government rules . Hence every student who passed mbbs final year exams has to complete one year intership to avail their mbbs degree . The intership is paid ( 18000 rupees monthly ) but the work load is overwhelming.

- Doctors put more efforts on teaching on the clinical basis
- There is well equiped library, well spaced classrooms, hygienic cafeterias
Dislikes
- Hostel food is somewhat not good and unhygienic
- There are no ideal classrooms for the students
- Some teachers do not put efforts on teaching
Internships Opportunities:
Internship is provided to each and every student after final prof exams result is declared. Those who are eligible can work as interns in the hospital with the consultants and registrars. Stipend of ?12600 is provided to interns every month. The duration of internship is 12 months which includes all deparments.

Dislikes
- The campus is too small for the best medical college in j&k
- Student number is much higher than the lecture hall capacity
- College campus is in a highly dense and congested area in the old Jammu city
Internships Opportunities:
Internship is mandatory as guided by the nmc for 1year with rotation in each clinical subjects and 3 months of rural posting.
Stipend is currently set at 11300 per month but is soon to be increased to 25000

- The friendly environment. The good friends that i made.
- The patient exposure is also very good..
- The campus is very big and students have enough time for enjoyment
Dislikes
- Tere is not enough greenery in the campus
- The parking spaces are also not good....
- Sometimes there may not be adequate working facilities.
Internships Opportunities:
Intership is offered after mbbs and we are given a stipend of 12000 rupees. The patient exposure is very good. Amd vwe are taught by the senior faculty. The worklife is a bit hectic but manageable overall.

The internship involves clinical rotations in various departments of the hospital. Interns work under the supervision of experienced doctors and senior faculty members. It lasts for one year. They learn to diagnose treat and manage patients.

- Library is equipped with ACs and it's open from 9 am to 10 pm so students get time to study there.
- Practicals and postings are done on daily basis so we can interact with patients also.
- Faculty members are cooperative so our learning process becomes productive.
Dislikes
- No summer / winter breaks are given so it becomes exhausting for us sometimes.
- Interns have to give 24 hour duty in surgery department which is exhausting.
- On Saturdays also it's working day for us so we are loss of energy at the end of the week.

The internship starts from the 5th year in the college itself for one year. A stipend of 12,500 / month is given to interns. As it's a government college so patient load is quite high which is helpful in gaining experience in this medical profession. From experience comes perfection.

Internships Opportunities:
An internship in a Government College is advantageous because an intern gets a huge amount of patients( in contrast to the private colleges) so that he can learn more properly about the medical knowledge.
The doctors are always there to help the interns for dealing patients interns did the duty properly and with dedication towards the patient it also manage to study for their next PG examination
