The hostels at Goa Medical College and Hospital consist of three buildings for boys and two for girls, each with separate facilities. While the girls' hostel is considered better, both hostels require improvements in infrastructure and amenities. The boys' hostel faces issues with old buildings, leakage during the monsoon, and a lack of a mess, making it challenging to find rooms due to limited availability. Basic amenities such as water and parking are available, and renovations are underway to enhance living conditions.

Rooms are shared, accommodating three to four students, equipped with beds, cupboards, study tables, and fans. Daily cleaning services are provided. However, the mess food is often criticized for poor quality, prompting many to use alternative food services. Hostel rates are affordable, with PGs in the area costing between Rs 3,000 to 4,000 per month.
