Chhattisgarh Institute of Medical Sciences (CIMS) is a medical institution established in the year 2001 and is located in the Bilaspur district of Chhattisgarh. The institute is affiliated to Ayush and Health Sciences University of Chhattisgarh, Raipur and funded by State Government.
CIMS offers undergraduate admissions in MBBS and postgraduate admissions in MD. It is recognized by Medical Council of India (MCI).
- Admissions to MBBS shall be conducted on the basis of NEET UG ranks for Chhattisgarh State.

CIMS, Bilaspur Undergraduate Admissions 2024
CIMS is known to offer MBBS degree having five and half year’s duration, including one-year compulsory rotating internship. The total yearly intake of students is 100. Out of the total seats 15% seats are reserved for candidates under All India Quota and 3% seats are for Central Government Nominee. The rest 82% of seats shall be occupied by state candidates. All seats shall be allotted to eligible candidates based on merit/ranks of NEET UG.
To be eligible for admissions candidates must have passed class 12th examination with Physics/Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology and English as cores subjects and qualified in NEET UG.

CIMS, Bilaspur Postgraduate Admissions 2024
At post graduate level, the institute offers MD program in three specializations. For admission under state quota, a candidate is required to appear in NEET PG . There after candidates possessing State domicile are called for counselling by DME, Raipur and seats are allotted as per availability, at the time of counseling.

MBBS Counselling Process
- Candidates need to register at online within the dates provided by the counselling body.
- They must fill-up the registration form by providing mandatory details. The registration ID and user password created at the time of registration should be saved for future reference.
- The cost of registration is INR 1000 for general category candidates and INR 500 for reserved category candidates.
