My life at army college of medical science Delhi Cantt

Fees and Financial Aid:

This college is Private medical college which is being run my army welfare funds and your fees ,,College is too expensive to be honest the fees is something around 5.5 lakh being a day scholar in this college and if you want to take a hostel its around of ?60k fees of hostel including mess i wanna say hostel rooms and infrastructure is quite good one of best hostels in delhi medical colleges .. im saying it because it has very low fees in last year before my admission and it was something around of 3 lakh, now i dont know why there is so much of increment in the fees in just one year

Year wise fees is around 432000 per year except for the last 0.5 years wherein it is half. Internship stipend is 25000 per month. 45000 is given in total for college and hostel as security fees. Hostel fee doesn't include electricity bill which is calculated as per consumption at the rate of 10 rupees per unit Various scholarships are available, AWES takes out a yearly merit scholarship, plus the national merit cum means scholarship also exists

Only fees can be one factor, which is not a big issue as scholarship schemes are there. Also its not that big amount compared to Pvt colleges or foreign colleges

I am final year student of ACMS New Delhi. This college comes under GGS IP university. Mine, Yearly fees was 467000 per annum, which is now reduced to 320000 per annum from 2022 batch. college is nice, its a premium Institute of Delhi, providing best education, association with Base hospital, Delhi cantt, provides best clinical exposure with a busy OPD load. College is mainly for Army brats, while having some seats reserved for SC, ST & Ph. Also various scholarship are available through delhi govt. Its a must go through college than any other state colleges, as gives you best study environment with social life. Also hostels are very good, even better than most of medical colleges in Delhi. Also being under GGSIPU university, there are no such bond after completion of course

My loving college

In the year 2019 when I joined my college the tution fees was 4.32 lakh and with other charges it was 4.67 lakh . But from 2021 batch it was decreased to 3.60 lakh as tution fees and which was constant till 2024

Strictness over attendance and examinations

The overall fees of my army college of medical sciences is 3-4 lakh per year..if opt for hotel it will lie around 4-5 lakh per annum. The fee structure is same for all categories and regarding scholarship Yes scholarships are available for army and catgeory students

COLLEGE DAYS

The tuition fees of our college is increased every 3 years but from 2022 batch onwards the yearly fees has been reduced to around 3 lakhs as per NMC rules . The complete cost of my education is around 30 lakhs including my yearly tuition fees , hostel fees and mess fees. As I'm from army background and my father is an ex service man I'm getting PMSS scholarship , around 36000 early. Apart from this there is also e district scholarship, scholarship for SC / ST students are also there. We are getting stipend amount of Rs 25000 monthly during our internship.

The fee structure of this college is very feasible and anyone can afford the fees. The fees structure is revised every 3 years and can be up or down with respect to the previous fees as college is non profitable and all the expenses bear by the army welfare society.

Fees of the college is slightly on higher side as it is not a government college

The year in which ive taken the admission in our college the fees per annum is 432000 rs but after the law passed by the government the reduction of fees has happened and currently it is around 3 lakhs but don't worry there are lots of scholarships are present which we can apply and you can get even 100 percent scholarships
