  • Wards of ex-Army pensioners and war widows are also eligible for admission

  • The GGSIPU registration fee is INR 1,500, and the counselling participation fee is INR 1,000 (both non-refundable)

  • Reservation for SC/ST/OBC categories is applicable as per the Government of NCT of Delhi policy, and certificates must be issued by Delhi authorities

ACMS MBBS Selection Process 2026

ACMS MBBS selection is based entirely on NEET UG rank. Seat allotment is done by GGSIPU. There are no interviews, group discussions, or academic weightages beyond NEET scores.

  • NEET UG 2026 qualification is the primary filter for eligibility.
  • Candidates register on the GGSIPU portal and appear in the GGSIPU MBBS merit list.
  • Seat allotment is based on NEET rank, category, and ACMS seat availability.

Key Insight: ACMS does not require graduates to serve as military medical officers. Unlike AFMC Pune, where students are commissioned and serve mandatory years in the Army, ACMS graduates are free to pursue civil practice, PG studies, or voluntary armed forces entry. This makes ACMS the only Army-run medical college in India without a service bond.
