Documents Required for NEET MDS 2026 College Allotment Reporting

Candidates allotted seats through NEET MDS 2026 counselling are required to carry the MCC provisional allotment letter, NEET MDS scorecard and admit card during reporting.

• BDS degree or provisional certificate, all professional year mark sheets and internship completion certificate are expected to be mandatory for verification.
• Candidates are also required to submit valid DCI or State Dental Council registration certificates along with Class 10 certificates for date of birth verification.
• Category certificates, PwD certificates, passport-size photographs and valid government photo ID proof are required as applicable during admission reporting.
• Some institutes may additionally ask for migration or transfer certificates at the time of final admission formalities.

• With 720–799 marks range candidates can get expected AIR 6–150 in NEET MDS 2026 examination.
