XAT 2027 Registration Process

XAT 2027 registration will be conducted entirely online at xatonline.in. The expected registration fee is Rs. 2,100 without a late fee and Rs. 2,600 with a late fee, based on XAT 2026 trends. If you wish to apply to XLRI Jamshedpur programmes directly, an additional fee of approximately Rs. 300 per programme applies during registration. Follow these steps:

1. Visit xatonline.in and click on "New Registration".
2. Enter your name, mobile number, and email ID to create an account.
3. Log in and complete the application form with personal, academic, and work-experience details.
4. Upload your photograph and signature as per the size and format guidelines specified on the portal.
5. Select your preferred exam cities from the available options.
6. Choose any XLRI programmes you wish to apply for — this step is optional and carries an additional fee.
7. Pay the registration fee using net banking, debit card, or credit card.
8. Submit the form and download your confirmation page for future reference.

XAT 2027 Admit Card

XAT 2027 admit card is expected to be released in the third week of December 2026 on xatonline.in. You can download your hall ticket by logging in with your registered email ID and password. No admit card will be dispatched by post or email.

Details printed on the XAT 2027 admit card:

• Your name and XAT 2027 registration number
• Exam date, session time, and reporting instructions
• Exam centre name and complete address
• Important guidelines and items permitted inside the exam hall

You must carry a printed copy of the admit card along with a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN card, passport, or driving licence) to the exam centre. The XAT admit card also serves as proof of eligibility when participating institutes shortlist you for interviews.

XAT 2027 Exam Day Details

XAT 2027 is expected to be held on January 3, 2027, based on the first-Sunday-of-January pattern followed in XAT 2025 and XAT 2026. The exam is computer-based and conducted in one session across multiple cities in India.

You must not carry any electronic devices, books, or notes inside the exam hall. The exam centre will provide a scratch pad and pen for rough work.

XAT 2027 Result and Score Card

XAT 2027 result is expected in the last week of January 2027, approximately three to four weeks after the exam. XLRI will publish the result on xatonline.in. The result will include your overall percentile and section-wise percentile scores for Verbal and Logical Ability, Decision Making, and Quantitative Ability and Data Interpretation.

To check your XAT 2027 result and download the score card:

1. Visit xatonline.in and log in with your registered email ID and password.
2. Click on "Result" or "Score Card" from your dashboard.
3. View your overall and section-wise percentile scores.
4. Download the PDF score card and save it for use during institute applications and interview calls.
