How to Check OJEE 2026 Round 1 Seat Allotment Result

The allotment result is accessible only through the official portal. Follow these steps to view and download your provisional allotment letter.

1. Go to ojee.nic.in (also accessible at odishajee.com).
2. Click the Seat Allotment Result or Round 1 Allotment link on the homepage.
3. Log in with your OJEE Roll Number and Password.
4. Your allotment details — institute name, branch and category — will appear on screen.
5. Download and print the Provisional Allotment Letter for future reference.

If you were not allotted a seat in Round 1, verify that your choice list was locked correctly and that your registration remains active for subsequent rounds.

Steps to Accept OJEE 2026 Round 1 Seat Allotment

All three tasks — document upload, fee payment and Freeze/Float selection — must be completed by July 7, 2026. Failing to pay the part admission fee will result in automatic cancellation of the allotted seat.

1. Log in to ojee.nic.in using your Roll Number and Password.
2. Navigate to the Online Reporting section.
3. Upload self-attested scanned copies of all required documents. Ensure each scan is clear and within the file size limit specified on the portal.
4. Pay the Part Admission Fee online via net banking, credit card or debit card:
   • General and SEBC students: ₹10,000
   • SC, ST and PH students: ₹5,000
5. Save the fee payment receipt generated on the portal.
6. Select your preference — Freeze or Float — from the drop-down menu and confirm the submission.
7. Take a printout of your Online Reporting Confirmation.

All payments are accepted through online mode only. No offline demand drafts or cash payments are accepted during the online reporting phase.

Freeze vs Float in OJEE 2026: Which Option to Choose?

After paying the acceptance fee, every allotted student must select one of two options. This choice determines whether you remain in the counselling pool for Round 2 and Round 3.

Students who select Freeze in Round 1 must report physically to their allotted institute with original documents by August 3, 2026. Those who select Float will receive a fresh allotment in Round 2 and must complete online reporting again within the Round 2 window.

Documents Required for OJEE 2026 Online Reporting

All documents must be uploaded as self-attested scanned copies during online reporting. For physical reporting at the institute, carry the originals and two sets of self-attested photocopies of each document.

The Odisha Nativity or Residence Certificate must be generated online by a Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tahsildar. Students who do not have this certificate cannot claim state quota benefits during OJEE 2026 counselling.

How to Report to Your Allotted College After OJEE 2026

Physical reporting is required only after all counselling rounds are complete — not after Round 1 alone. Students who selected Freeze in Round 1, or whoever receives their final seat allotment, must report to the institute in person by August 3, 2026.

1. Download the final allotment letter from ojee.nic.in after the last counselling round.
2. Visit the allotted institute on or before the physical reporting deadline.
3. Carry all original documents and two sets of self-attested photocopies of each.
4. Submit documents to the institute’s admission cell for verification.
5. Pay the remaining tuition fee directly to the institute as per their schedule. The part admission fee already paid online is adjusted against the total payable amount.
6. Collect your joining report, student ID and other onboarding materials from the institute.

Failure to report physically by the deadline will result in cancellation of admission even if all online steps were completed on time. Retain photocopies of all submitted documents for your records.
