OJEE 2026 LE-Pharm counselling for Lateral Entry B.Pharm admission is fully web-based on ojee.nic.in, with Round 1 registration open from June 18, 2026 and Round 1 seat allotment scheduled for July 2, 2026.

OJEE rank holders in LE-Pharm are eligible for direct admission to the second year (third semester) of B.Pharm programs at private and government institutions in Odisha. The counselling is conducted in three rounds covering online registration, choice filling, mock allotment, choice locking, seat allotment and online document verification. Students do not need to visit any nodal centre as the entire process is completed through the OJEE portal.

OJEE 2026 LE-Pharm counselling is the seat allocation process for students who qualified the OJEE Lateral Entry Pharmacy examination and seek direct admission to the second year (third semester) of B.Pharm programs in Odisha. The conducting authority is OJEE (Odisha Joint Entrance Examination) and the counselling is conducted entirely on ojee.nic.in.

The counselling covers all government and private pharmacy colleges in Odisha offering B.Pharm lateral entry seats. There is no category reservation for LE-Pharm seats except a supernumerary 5% PwD and 5% TFW quota. Outside-state students are eligible under the ZZ (Outside State) category. How to Register for OJEE 2026 LE-Pharm Counselling

The OJEE 2026 LE-Pharm counselling is conducted in a step-by-step web-based process. Follow the steps below to complete registration and secure a seat:

1. Visit ojee.nic.in and open the web-based counselling registration link for LE-Pharm.
2. Register using your OJEE 2026 LE-Pharm Roll Number and fill in your personal and academic details as required.
3. Pay the counselling registration fee of Rs. 450 online via BILLDESK, HDFC or SBI payment gateway. This fee is non-refundable in all cases.
4. Fill your college and branch choices in order of preference. There is no upper limit on the number of choices you can fill.
5. View the Mock Seat Allotment displayed on June 27, 2026. Use it to review and revise your choices before the locking deadline.
6. Lock your choices using your own password before June 29, 2026 at 4:00 PM. Once locked, no alterations are possible. If you do not lock manually, the system auto-locks your last filled choices at the deadline.
7. Check Round 1 allotment on July 2, 2026. Log in to your account and exercise the Freeze (retain current allotment) or Float (opt for upgradation in next round) option.
8. Pay the part admission/seat acceptance fee within July 2 to July 7 (Rs. 10,000 for General; Rs. 5,000 for SC/ST/PwD) and upload the required documents in your login ID.
9. Await online document verification. Any query raised by the document verifying officer must be resolved within the deadline. Unresolved queries result in cancellation of the allotted seat.
10. Download the Final Allotment Letter from the portal and report to the allotted college for completion of admission formalities.

Students who do not pay the part admission fee and do not upload documents after an allotment are dropped from further rounds. Students who exercise the Withdrawal option at any round exit the counselling process permanently and are not eligible for further allotment.

Documents Required for OJEE 2026 LE-Pharm Counselling

Upload self-attested copies of the following documents after receiving your seat allotment. All document verification is done online through the OJEE portal.

PwD students are not required to upload a medical certificate. They must appear before the Medical Board at SCB Medical College and Hospital, Cuttack on the date notified on ojee.nic.in. The Medical Board decision is final and binding.

Counselling Fee and Seat Acceptance Fee

OJEE 2026 LE-Pharm counselling involves two separate fee payments. Both must be made online only through the OJEE portal. No offline or cash payment is accepted.

The part admission/seat acceptance fee is refundable only if you withdraw within the scheduled withdrawal window for each round. No refund is made after the withdrawal deadline. Students who fail to pay the part admission fee forfeit their allotted seat and are excluded from further rounds. Payment is accepted via net banking, debit card or credit card through BILLDESK, HDFC or SBI gateways on the OJEE portal.
