What are your future goals and aspirations for the Smt. Laxmibai Radhakisan Toshniwal College of Commerce, and how do you plan to achieve them?

The Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University in Amravati, Maharashtra, is the accrediting body for our college at the present time. When a college becomes a part of a university, it loses some of its autonomy in making decisions, such as how to organise its curriculum according to the faculties and staff that teach there. This is the case at the Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University in Amravati, Maharashtra. Hence my long-term goal is to turn this college into an independent institution (autonomous).

How do you tend to establish a healthy relationship and environment in your college?

At Smt. Laxmibai Radhakisan Toshniwal College of Commerce, we award students, teachers, and non-teaching staff who perform well in a year for their performance. They get recognition in college, and we also give admission to their ward at no cost. We also provide funds for staff marriages, and besides this, we also provide funds in case of a medical emergency.
