DCRUST Result 2026 for the May 2026 exams is declared course-wise. Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science and Technology, Murthal runs the process. The first results came on June 1, 2026. The latest, for BCA (Hons.) re-appear students, came on October 9, 2026.

DCRUST Result 2026 Portal by Program Type
All results sit on one portal, dcrustedp.in. But the login form asks for the program type first. A wrong choice is the most common reason a result does not open.

How to Check DCRUST Result 2026
Students first register on the exam portal. Registration needs the Roll Number-cum-Registration Number, name, mobile number and email ID. After that, the steps are simple.
- Open dcrustedp.in and click LOGIN.
- Select the program type: UG, PhD/PG/Integrated or Education.
- Enter the username, password and the security code.
- Open the result section and select the May 2026 exam.
- Download the Detailed Marks Card (DMC) and save a copy.
The same login handles re-evaluation, re-appear forms and transcripts.
DCRUST Result Not Showing: Common Reasons
- Wrong program type: a dual degree student selecting UG sees no result.
- Result not yet declared: the semester may still be pending on the chart.
- Unpaid semester fee: the fee deadline was April 29, 2026. Defaulters were barred from the May 2026 exams.
- Unfair means case: students on UMC lists faced hearings. These were held on September 30, October 1 and October 13, 2026.
Students report any result card error at once. The EDP Centre or the Controller of Examinations office handles it.
What the DCRUST Grade Card Shows
The DMC lists each subject with its credits, grade and grade points. It also shows the semester SGPA and the CGPA so far. Marks are converted to grades on an absolute scale.

A few other letters also appear on the card. G means the student was absent. AP and AF mean audit pass and audit fail in non-credit subjects. X marks an incomplete project or thesis.
DCRUST Grading System and SGPA Calculation
SGPA equals the sum of credits times grade points, divided by credits. Only passed subjects count, and audit courses are left out. CGPA uses the same method across all completed semesters.
Example: A student earns 130 points from 18.5 credits in Sem 1. The SGPA is 130 divided by 18.5, which is 7.03.
To convert CGPA into percentage, the university multiplies CGPA by 9.5. So a CGPA of 7.5 equals 71.25 percent.

How to Apply for Revaluation and Scrutiny After the Result
DCRUST allows re-evaluation of theory papers only. Students apply online through their login within 15 days of the result. The fee is charged per answer book.
- Theory marks must be above 20 percent and below 70 percent. Internal marks are not counted.
- Practical, viva, architecture studio papers and jointly checked papers cannot be re-evaluated.
- Once the online option is open, offline forms are not accepted.
How Re-evaluation Marks Are Decided
The gap between old and new marks decides the outcome. Up to 15 percent of maximum marks, both scores are averaged. A bigger gap sends the answer book to a third examiner. Then the average of the two closest scores counts.
Example: A 100-mark paper scores 45 first and 55 on re-evaluation. The gap is 10 marks, so the final score is 50.
The re-evaluation result replaces the original, even if marks fall. If it comes after the re-appear exam, the better score counts.

Students with an F grade apply online for the November/December 2026 re-appear exams. The fee is Rs. 1,750 per semester.

Ans: No. Marks are shown only in the student login on dcrustedp.in. The public chart shows only the declaration dates.
Ques: What are the minimum passing marks at DCRUST?
Ans: Students need at least 40 percent marks for a D grade. Below 40 percent is an F grade, which means a re-appear.
Ques: What does G grade mean in the DCRUST result?
Ans: G grade means the student was eligible but absent. The student takes the paper next time with regular students.
Ques: Can students get a photocopy of the answer sheet?
Ans: Yes. The application must reach the university within 30 days of the result. Only totalling errors and unmarked questions can be raised after that.
Ques: Can a student sit the re-appear exam while re-evaluation is pending?
Ans: Yes. The student need not wait for the re-evaluation result. The better of the two scores is counted.
