How are the placements of CSE at Deenbandhu Chhoturam University (DCRUST), Murthal?

I have a few friends from DCRUST Murthal. According to them, the placement record for CSE at DCRUST is quite good. From third year students get eligible for placements, many companies come for placement like Amazon, flipkart, TCS, BT, etc. Average is 130000 and highest is 250000 not more than that. Percentage for placements is 20%, i opt for post graduation after this degree and currently pursuing MBA.

Placements are not good in my college. Only few companies are recruiting through on campus like virtusa, tcs etc. average package is 3-4 lakhs and maximum package is 9 lakhs. From 4th year students are eligible for on campus placement. Only 30-40% of students get placed. I am thinking to give gate exam for better opportunity.

Placements are much better is compared to other Tier 3 colleges even on campus placement are maximum 20lpa and of campus do not have any kind of limit and goes up to 30 lpa these placement are much better as compared to other s in this field

Third thing that the placement are only for the students who have got the CGPA more than 7 and only they are eligible to sit in the placement cell other students do not get the chance to show their performance and got the maximum output.

Placement sir for better as I have discussed their some companies visit like visa technologies Bajaj and Tata consultancies commonly known as TCS which provider like it to the heavier population of the college and provide average placement to cse students is 7 lpa and talking about max is 15 LPa Which is pretty good for on campus and off campus is unrestricted which goes far upto 30 lpa for the students who are seriously preparing for it. CSE department there are 90% over placement offers to the students and in other branches there must be 70 to 75% placement I want to become a successful software engineer in my life after completing my degree

Placement cell was not that kind in our college they are not working
No facilities for internship and opportunity in other sector

Our branch have a good placement average of 5 , but in cse and ece there was not that level of placement, highet package around 10 lpa , the average college in term of placement, most difficult to get a good placement .

About DCRUST, Murthal

The placement ratio is not so much good in this university.The major recruiters are veersa, infosys etc.The students become eligible for placements in the sixth semester.The average package offered is about 7-9 lpa.Highest package offered is about 15 lpa.Around 75% students get placed every year.

The placement criteria for my college is a minimum 7 cgpa and no backlogs in any subjects during the placement sessions. Companies such as upgrad, jio etc have visited the campus and around 40% students get placed. The average package is around 5 lakhs per annum whereas the top package is around 15-17 lakhs per annum. The placement opportunities in my college are good. Many of companies often get visiting during the course many of internship programme and placement companies get visited to my college one of my friend, she get placed in airtel with a package of 12lacs annually. Her percentage was nearly 96. My plans after getting degree to see myself in the best company and discover new skills and steps head towards my best future

Students became eligible for campus placement in the final year. A number of companies visited our campus and offered a good package. Highest package a student can get is 9-10 lakh pa. One can get placement there or outside campus as per their choice.
