Located in suburban so some times it might feel difficult to get things done.
More options for facilities than students like parkings, offers,etc
Parkings for students is bit more expensive than normal parking.

My college has its own platform for accommodation. In that they will mention all the communities and estates which are around the college. And these are verified and safe places.
Monthly it will be $2100-2500. Depends on the room you choose.
Yes sugarloaf estates is the best place for students who like to have a peaceful environment.
It’s around 15 minutes from college. Indian students also stay here. Mostly 60% are Indians.
