There are on compus placement and few companies visit. But very few students are only selected and offered a package of around 5-6 lpa.
Oracle, fy, hdfc etc
In percentage placement is around 10%.
I plan to apply for off campus placements and don't have any plans for mtech or any other cource.

Many students have gotten placed after getting the degree as their goal along with many who want to pursue higher education and are preparing for those exams
