Fees and Financial Aid:

Yearly I have to pay 8000-10000 rupees. Tution fees was 2500 yearly admission fees was about 2000 and the samesterwise fees or the exam fees was 1500 and rest were the other charges. OBC was charged 1500 less than general students and st/sc students were totally free to enroll and give exam. No amount were available for student by the university or collage for merits . Only girls are getting scholarships of 50,000 after completing graduation by the government.

The fee for Females/SC/ST is nill while for others there is admission fee per semseter of rs.2600,Exam fee per semester of rs.1150 and one time Registration fee of rs.500. You can also avail benefits of some Central government as well as State government scholarship.The scholarship amount is on Annual basis ranging from rs.7000-20000 yearly.

Hello, I m ujjwal. I was the student of this college for the session of 2018-21. I was pursuing the degree of bachelor of arts in English hons. The teachers were highly educated and supportive throughout the course. The fee structure was affordable because of being a government college that varies from rs 750 to rs 1500 for different categories. I belong to general category so my annual tution fee was about rs 1500 and the total college fee including registration, lab, I'd card and other charges it goes upto rs 3000 to rs 4000 annually. You can pursue English hons from here. Thank you.

My college is bihar board college that is a government college and the fee structure is very low class room is very good with minimum 12 fan in each class room and projector also available big white board also available teacher behavior is so good but the area is not too good because my college is in Village area otherwise study is so good in my college . Honest Review for D.S.College, Katihar, Purnea University.

Fees and Financial Aid:

Iam in Darshan shah college, under Purnea University which is in Katihar. First, you have to apply for the college for which a general candidate has to pay 600 INR. If you have reservation under SC/ST or you're a female student then you'll be exempted from this application fee as far as I know. Now, after getting shortlisted in the merit list, you have to pay the admission fee, which is around 2400 INR for B.com(H). After that, every semester you'll have to pay 600 INR for registration, and 600 INR for Examination form, so that sums up to 1200 INR per year, and 4800 INR in 4 years. Then you'll have to purchase books and guess papers to crack the exams, so that is also an expense which you'll have to pay every semester. So, I think in less than 10,000 INR, you'll complete your graduation. P.S: This fee structure is for general candidates, remember that if you're a reserved candidate or a girl child then you'll have to pay much less.
