Hostel Facilities:

The hostel facility of our college is better than 90% of law college of India and have almost all the facility that one student required. The mess food quality is also decent and the facility are like Ac , bed almirah , study table and double and single occupancy

University hostel has several issues such as hostel provides wifi services which are very bad and many wifi routers are damaged which are not fixed

In the hostel there are single and double occupancy rooms in which the single rooms have a bed , a table, a chair and an almirah whereas a double occupancy room have 2 bed, 2 almirah, 2 table, and 2 chairs. The mess is indepent from hostel and univesity which provides an below average meal' Registration is automatically done by the university after getting admission in the college.

HONEST ASSESSMENT OF DBRANLU

Recently there was the installation of Air Conditioners (AC) in most of the hostel rooms.

Mess meals are average and affordable, ranging around 3000 to 3300 per month. There were Single & Double occupancy rooms, extra charges for single occupancy were there. Now there were also the options for AC and NON AC rooms. NO option for PGs and Rented rooms, Hostels are compulsary.

My genuine review

Recently ACs were were also installed in the hostel rooms and washrooms are also well maintained mostly.

Hostel rooms are well structured and every room have a personel balcony, washrooms are cleaned everyday and there is a small jym inside the hostel only. There are comman roof tops for all the students and mess on the 1 floor.

A deep dive in the campus of DBRANLU

Hostel facilities are good and its location are also good as we have to move only 50 meters to attend the class from our hostel.

Hostel rooms are decent in size and quite impressive if we compare them to other Government university hostels. 20000 rs is the fee for each sem and from the session 2024, ACs are installed in every room and there is a choice either to take ac room or a non-ac room. It is a residential university and hostel taking is compulsory here. You cannot take room outside or do day scholars here. All the amenities are fine here Mess food is neither bad nor good it is decent.

DBRANLU - The good and the bad.

Hostels were well built and easily habitable with an easy access to the elevator.

Hostel facilities are one thing that is bove average in the campus. The meal is not so good. Hostel is about 30000 per semester and additional 20000 for AC. The students have to mandatorily option for hostels so there's no point of rented rooms of PGs nearby. Rooms have a bed, a chair, a table and an almirah which are all great. Room also has a beautiful balcony. Although the elevator and water cooler maintenance can be worked upon along with shooing away all the birds that are fellow-boarders in the washrooms.

The hostel and mess are however affordable and the quality is also good. Since the university is residential therefore it is necessary to stay in the hostel. The mess food is also pretty good in terms of the price they charge. We get 4 meals in a day for 100 Rs. The rooms of the hostel are also good in condition.

Will start providing internship from now.

While the students were at the campus there was no good facility provided to them. We used to live in a rented hostel of SBIT, where there were no coolers(and no ac), just one fan per room and there were around 3 students living in one room. The meal was neither too good nor too bad. It is compulsory for every student to stay in the hostel, even if they are local residents.
