I liked the lab facility as there are many working models and equipments to learn on
I liked the faculty as they are very knowledgeable and good to connect with

Dislikes

The boys to girls ratio is decent but more boys
The location is not appealing as there is nothing around college for eating and chilling

Placement Experience:

Placements of the college are decent, average package of 4lpa is being offered as of now. My plan is to pursue my masters in germany after completion of my degree and then work there in germy itself as its the automobile hub

Reality of SSPU (Pros and cons )

Likes

The campus is very good looking as it has a very marvelous design pattern
The campus is very clean compared to cities that is generally found in Pune and they try to maintain it as clean as possible

Dislikes

I don't like the attendence percentage that is 75%. It is very irritating
The wifi network of the campus is very poor. There is range in every corner but the internet speed is very low

Placement Experience:

Placements are offered in the campus 100% placement is guaranteed The avg placement rate is 3 LPA There is also internships in this college so the placement rate is very high. The internship companies are likely to give us jobs

Dont get fooled by the symbiosis name.

Likes

The college looks amazing, straight out of a teen drama.
People are good and friendly, you can make many friends.

Dislikes

Very small size, it is only about 5 acres.
There is not even a playing ground for your favourite sports.

Placement Experience:

The placements are alright, not too high not too low, brands like wipro, veritas and few others come here for placements and if you are good enough you will be selected with a good package, the average is around 8 lakhs.

Likes

I liked the structural aspect of the college along with its opportunities towards extra curricular activities.
I liked the working environment here also because they were very cooperating.

Dislikes

I disliked the management of resources and time here as the classes were sometimes substituted on time rather than a pre-hand notice.
I disliked the lack of space for sports and involvement.

Placement Experience:

from the 6th sem. mercedes , secure , esecurify . highest package - 24LPA and avg package - 8LPA almost 90 % (can be lower or higher as we are not informed about these numbers). My plan is to get a job from the college or outside from it and gain more knowlegde regarding my area of speciality.

We are eligible for placements from second year as we have to compulsorily work as an intern for 2 months after every academic year as part of the passing criteria. The reason for this is the fact that there is no real use in interning at a full fledged architecture firm in the first year itself

Likes

The life at symbiosis skills and professional University is very diverse and since there are a lot of courses being offered, this allows you to network and build interactions.
Retail management and Digital marketing are one of the best courses offered, there are options for engineering, architecture, nutrition and more as well. Personally being a retail management student I got to learn a lot practically in college.

Dislikes

Need to bring in more placement opportunities for students in various fields
The area around campus needs to develop a little more for the betterment of surroundings

Placement Experience:

The college offers placement opportunities to every student and there are multiple big companies who come in for hiring. You are eligible for placement if you have cleared all your examinations and the placement usually starts after 5th semester is completed

New opportunities on basis of practicals and skills

Placement Experience:

Placements are provided in the final year. The internship is to be done every year. The highest package provided was 30 lakh per year and the average package can be between 15 to 25 lakh per year. Companies like Fiat are offered placement according to your performance.

I am currently in 2nd year and we are the first batch of computer science with cybersecurity due to which we have no seniors to whom we can refer for our placements and stuff. Neither has the college disclosed the companies that will be visiting the campus for placement purposes.

Placement Experience:

Every year after end semester, the college provides with 2 months of Internship. Overall it gives a professional experience while working in the offices. The students are mentored well in the offices also. The concept of doing internship every year is a good opportunity for job placements be it a part time or full time. Even during this COVID pandemic also we were given the opportunity of doing E - Internship sitting at home.
