IILM University Gurgaon Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

IILM offers good placements in various companies such as Deloitte, Ernst and Young, Reliance, and many more. The highest package being offered is 18 lakhs and the lowest package being offered is 7.5 lakhs. Most students get placements in 2nd and 3rd years. IILM also has a placement committee that helps students in getting placements.

The quality of placements has been good. Most of the seniors got placed. Top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, and Naukari.com also visit the colleges for placements. The placement committee plays an important role in the whole placement process. From inviting companies for placements, and even during the placements process, the committee is always on their toes.

Students are eligible for placements from the 2nd year. Several companies such as Deloitte, EY, KPMG, loreal, HDFC Bank, and ICICI Lombard offer placement to the students. The college has a dedicated placement cell that ensures 100% placement of all students.

From either the 6th or 7th-semester students are eligible for placements, but from the first semester, the university provides in-campus job opportunities for the students to gain knowledge and widen their horizons. companies like amazon and ernst and the young have visited and students have been placed in that companies as well.

As a first-year student, I can't say much about the placements yet but we are taught industry knowledge that already builds and prepares us for in-real-life industry work. Internships start from the first semester in itself, the first one being in an NGO, provided by the college or of your own choice.

Its my dream course, so i took and i got in the greatest college. I was an average student at my schools, so i got to this college very easily on quota. I love the teaching methods as its a great hall with 70+ students sitting semi circle. As it is the pandemic situation, the classes are now online, there would me online classes scheduled every day. I had to have more marks in english in 12 and i had it. There were normal exams evey week, but it was tough enough.

Giving each student attention, this year placement was also nice with companies like deloitte. The course started a bit late in the first trimester. I have not taken any loan from a bank. No loan taken by any bank

It is a reputated college which is very good for the students pursuing post graduation. It is near to my local residence and also near to capital Delhi. It is situated in the golf course Gurgaon which is the hub of many big companies that help the students to get internship easily.
