Life at IIIT Bhopal

Likes

Supporting and qualified Faculty, they are very enthusiastic about teaching.
Placement records are very good considering we are in recession

Dislikes

Infrastructure is owned by MANIT Bhoapl, so no permanent campus
Hostel facility is provided outside manit, in rgpv which is 16km from campus

Placements have been a major factor in taking admission here. The 2023 placement stats have been amazing, to say the least. It had 99%+ placement with the highest package of 85 LPA, and an average salary of 22 LPA.

Amazing college with good placement even without permanent campus

Likes

Placement and internship opportunities are great
The Campus life is good too with fests and many events
The students are less and seniors are very helpful

Dislikes

No permanent campus is provided yet hence we have to adjust
75% attendance criteria is unnecessary and strict
No hostel is provided is MANIT campus, have to travel

Placement Experience:

IIIT Bhopal has its own placement cell and TPO, the highest package this year is 60 lakhs and the average is 20lacks for CS. The students get internship opportunities from 2nd year itself and the placement from 5th sem itself. Companies like Mathworks, cardekho, Flipkart, Amazon, etc visit and placement is nearly 100%.

Likes

I liked that without having there own campus they organise several activities.

Dislikes

When they don't have there campus then why did they started college.

Placement Experience:

The placement of the Indian Institute of Information Technology Bhopal is quite good. Our average was nice. But currently, they double students intake so the average can vary a lot. Our median package was 12 lakh.

We liked the coding culture of our culture.
I liked the sports facilities in the college.
I liked the placement statistics of the college.

Dislikes

There is not hostel facility from the second year.
The faculty is not up to the mark still need to be improved.
There is no private and separate campuss for iiit bhopal.

The placements are very very extraordinary at the Indian Institute of information technology Bhopal. The students from the 7th semester are eligible for college placements. The highest package offered was 85lpa and at an average of 24 pa and a 100% placement rate.

Likes

The placements are extraordinary with very good average
The coding culture here is very nice and encouraging
The sports facilities are very very nice..

Dislikes

We don't have separate campuss for us which is very bad
We don't have hostel facility from the 2nd year
The faculty is very poor even online courses are better

Likes

There are very good placements in this college
There are very good sports opportunities
There are very good clubs and coding culture

Dislikes

We dont have hostel facility from the 2nd year
We dont have seperate campuss which is very bad
Faculty is not up to the mark..instead some other online courses are better

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is pretty nice and awesome but the faculty need to be a bit good as well. the faculty's teaching is not up to mark. the term exams are in moderate range difficulty. I chose the IT course since it is a booming field right now.

I liked the coding culture of the Indian institute of information technology bhopal...here everything is so systematic and competitive coding is very good and enjoyable..and all will get improve their skills..so i enjoy the coding environment
I liked the sports facilities here...we often get chances to play
I like the cultural programs a lot all get adequate chances to participate

Dislikes

I didn't like the teaching staff..they must be improved
We don't have permanent campuss..so we want to have personal identity
We want atleat hostels from 2nd yesr but we dont have

Likes

I like about the college seniors helping nature and professors teching techniques.
I also like the program of awareness about new things and technologies by my seniors
As the placement is very good in my college which is also very good for to get job .

Dislikes

The hostels are not allotted to us which makes little bad for college life
My colleges maneging college nit is not provide every resources to us
My campus is also not develop yet so this makes little restrictions as well

Review of iiit bhopal

Likes

Placement stats of the college really good.
Attendance criteria in college is not much strict so there is a lot of free time available.

Dislikes

College don't have there own buildings...

Placement Experience:

Since the batch strength is low as compared to other colleges so placement stats of our college is really nice. According to the website average package is around 21LPA. more than 300 companies were there this year.
