The hostel facility is very well. The room is very clean. They have separate hostels for both girls and boys in the campus. The food provided in the hostel mess is good. They provided 4 meals - breakfast, lunch, evening snacks and dinner.

A complete overview of Vidya College of Engineering

Hostel Facilities:

No doubt the room provided in hostel have a good ambience. There are Wi-Fi facilities too but the other part about mess is not so good. They provide 4 time meals every day i.e; Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Snacks, Dinner but after every two days the quality of the food keeps degrading then you've to complain to the warden and then again after 2-3 days it happens the same. So it goes on and on. And one most important thing is the drinking water as of now there is only 1 water cooler that's present just beside the entry gate of hostel. The concern is that this one water cooler stops working and then hostel students have to walk a long distance to go and get some water from main gate.

The hostel infrastructure is good except the food. You get a 2 bedded room with plenty of space and separate cupboards and lockers. 24x7 running water. Large bathroom on every floor. High speed wifi facility.

Hostel Facilities:

The infrastructure facilities are good. Our college is the second largest college when it comes to infrastructure. There are many buildings. First the management building where MBA and BBA class go on. Then we have sperate building for fashion students and a separate building for technical department. We have one VISA which is sports accadmy and grounds for cricket, tennis, races and we have 3 canteebs in our campus.

Good infrastructure best placement, safe place.

Hostel Facilities:

The mess arrangement of the hostel is compulsory for all the inmates without any exception i.e., no student is allowed to stay in the hostel without being a member of mess. When the hostels have excess demand for accommodation and is unable to provide accommodation to all the applicants, the students who find accommodation nearby may be permitted to have the mess facility by collecting full charges for that academic year with an undertaking from such students that they shall join the hostels as and when the hostels provide them accommodation. However, this number shall not exceed 25 at any time.

College life is the best and knowledgeful part of my life.

Hostel Facilities:

I know about hostels and the facilities in the hostel.Hostel rooms have several types of rooms like single seater and multi seater. No of candidates increase in a room,charge for that room decreases accordingly..Hostel rooms are quiet spacious.We can dry our clothes in room only.College have WiFi also.Students learn how to manage with others in hostels.No they do not have PGs but many PGs are present outside of college.Annual fee for hostel is 70000 and that includes the charge for food and wifi.

Hostel Facilities:

No,i am not residing in hostel.But i know something about the hostel rooms.Hostel rooms were large enough for the student to settle there.There are options for the students whether they want a shareable room or they want single rooms.charges were set according to them.No they didn't have pgs .Hostel fee is 60000₹.Hostels are having WiFi. The food is delicious and mess members try to change the food items on a regular basis.

My experience as Vidyan

Campus Life:

College held various technical and non technical events providing the students with the opportunity to represent them. College fest NIRVANA held in the month of feb-mar every year. Other events like ignus, techwiz, zonal also takes place increasing the engagement of students. Classrooms are maintained with proper furniture, AC and smart boards. Vidya has a separate department named VISA responsible for all the sports event held in the college it also provide the chance to participate in zonals or other off campus sports or tournaments. VISA has all the essential kits and sports equipment for various sports including badmintion, cricket, football, volleyball and many indoor games like chess, carrom and others. It also has a swimming pool inside the VISA building.
