Vidya University Faculty

The faculty at Vidya Knowledge Park is well-regarded for being helpful and knowledgeable, with about 15 faculty members in a branch, most of whom are postgraduates aged between 25 and 50. All faculty members are Ph.D. holders, highly qualified, and possess expertise in their respective areas. They are known for being punctual, disciplined, and committed to solving students' problems. Faculty members are capable of teaching both theoretical and practical aspects and frequently assign non-traditional assignments that enhance understanding.

Despite the faculty's strengths, there are concerns about faculty turnover and double shifts due to a shortage of staff. Additionally, BCA courses are considered outdated, and internal marks rely on attendance and assignment submission. The faculty comprises a mix of younger professors with updated knowledge and senior professors with over 10 years of experience. Faculty are involved in research projects, although there is a need for more hires to better manage workloads across the three major colleges within the campus.
