Likes

The avera package is 10.5lpa and many companies visited from urban domain like gt, janagraha and many consulting groups like kpmg ey pwc etc all students got placed in my batch.
Faculty of our college are also quiet good and experience so we do have a very interactive sessions and never felt bored for a particular subject and all the faculty members are quiet helpful whenever we are in need .
The hostel experience is quiet good as there is timely cleanliness is maintained which other pg outside could not provide and one of the reason is safety as well according to the fee structure it is quiet good experience.

Dislikes

No coordination among residence management team. Punishes the students when they didn?? do any mistake, dominate them, no support during physical or verbal abuse(we have proofs)
Residence team - worse. If possible, bachelors should live outside the campus in nearby PGs.
Non AC hostel rooms. No option of AC Hostel

An insight on the XIM life.

Placement Experience:

The companies start visiting from the month of October and every student gets placed in the placements. There is a placement committee that helps students to get placements and also guides them to build their CVs and what certifications and courses can an individual can do so it would be beneficial for them.

I like the infrastructure, mostly the auditorium which is Odisha's largest auditorium.
I like faculties and their way of teaching.
Campus life here is super cool. I like this too.

Dislikes

There is no specific thing that I don't like about this University.

Placement Experience:

The record says it provides 100% placements. From 2nd semester we can opt for SIPs. UPL, Parle, Amul, Dabur, RBL Bank, ICICI Bank, etc coming to the campus. You can also get a job off campus if you don't want to enter into the placements that are offered here.

The college is at the heart of the city. The college gets a varied pool of students.
The campus life is very welcoming and keeps students engaged.
The faculty is highly qualified and dedicated towards their work.

Dislikes

The number of opportunities available is many and it gets difficult to participate in all.
Focused students with a competitive mindset.
The campus focuses on infrastructure and sometimes that becomes a disturbance.

Placement Experience:

The placement process is very smooth. We are very well informed about the whole process, we form groups and practice. Everyone supports and helps each other in the process. A lot of good companies come and the whole process grooms us well for the corporate life.

XIM UNIVERSITY - HOME FOR A BETTER EXPERIENCE

Likes

The support staff inside the campus are very helpful.
The students are friendly and makes it feel like home away from home
There are different events to explore and gain a lot of knowledge.

Dislikes

There should be Ac in the hostel as it is very hot there.
The students should also given oppurnity to be a part of sales and stuff inside college

An integrated law program is good for the career I wanted to pursue. There are a sufficient amount of faculties in comparison to the classes that go on. Teachers are highly educated PHD, and other high degree holders. These 2 exams per semester mean a total of 4 exams in a year.

The college has a diverse pool of students which helps know about different backgrounds.
It has an excellent placement record with 100% placements.
The college helps in the overall development of the students through various academic and extra-curricular activities.

Likes

Campus life is quite interesting with activities happening every month
Renowned faculty is there to guide us and the lesson plans include a lot of practical thinking
Placement is decent and plenty of renowned companies come on campus.

Dislikes

Time crunch. With so many activities students often feel burnt out

By 5th semester the student is eligible for final campus placements. There are more than 50 companies that visit the campus and the college boasts a 100% placement record. The highest package is 72lpa and the median is around 20lpa.

A glimpse into the life at XIMB

Likes

The facilities that the campus offers in terms of academics and classroom activities.
The peer learning and the constant competition, a healthy one.
The ability given to us by the campus to take decisions for the betterment of the college.

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements from the 4th trimester. The college offers a multitude of companies that offer packages as high as 71lpa (Microsoft). There is always a 100% placement guarantee from the college. Once I am placed in a company, I would like to grow in the field, see the growth in the same and try to learn in the field to become an SME.

Campus Life is extremely vibrant and very accompanying

The placements for a really crucial part of XIM Bhubaneswar. The campus hosts a lot of reputed companies. The average package is around 20 lakhs. There are 100 per cent placements on campus. The companies from all the fields are hosted on campus.

The campus life at XIMB is very enriching
