Honest Review part 1

Likes

Campus life, Hostel Life, Friends and faculty.
Support from seniors like D omkar murty, Rajkumar Roy.
Support from Classmates like Anangsha Halder, Jeet Das.

Dislikes

No Air Conditioner in Classroom, suffocating classrooms.
Water purifier isn't maintained, now a days water quality is too poor to drink.
We face some attitude problem from some particular faculty. We want to change them.

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester placements starts at my college The highest package from john sons for Mainak Das is 16LPA. Average package 9 LPA. 80% of students get placement. Working with Google and starting a passive business.

Teacher are helpful and kind and also our HOD sir is also helpful and visits us often to know our problems and also help us though it
The campus is quite large and there is a swimming pool and few grounds and basketball court and a indoor badminton court
Ragging is strictly prohibited and teachers are very strict about it no mercy is shown to students or staffs who tries to rag juniors or students

Dislikes

Till now the small canteen has been a part of my dislikes as they donot keep proper food and so we need to get out of campus to eat food during lunch time

Placement Experience:

During the 7th sem or the 4th year students become eligible for internships and placements and this year for cse aiml we had 100 per cent placement and the highest package was 13.4 lakhs per annum. My plans after getting the degree are to go for higher studies and not for MTech.

All Over Good

Likes

Very big campus and big playground and green trees.

Dislikes

Location is not Kolkata. It is situated at Diamond Harbour.
University Placement support is not good over all.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I want to be a software Engineer so I choose the course. The faculty and students ratio is good. They are highly educated and. In this course, there are eight semesters. Every six months after a semester internal exam also.

Likes

The campus is so greenery.
Many good assembled lab are available here.
Faculty are very student friendly.

Dislikes

The campus is so far from Kolkata.
There are very few shops beside campus.
So many network issue.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I had an interest in CSE. So I selected the course. And now I enjoy this course. The faulty student ratio is 1:5 Maximum faculties have P.hd degree. Some of them have M.Tech or M.Sc degrees. We get 1.5 months time between 2 exams.

Dislikes

The campus is so far from Kolkata.
There are very few shops beside our campus.
Hostel foods are not so good.

There are so many fields for sports.

Campus is far way from Kolkata.
There are few shops beside our campus.
There is so much network issue in the campus.

Campus is Greenery. SO big Campus.
Maximum faculties are very good.
The location of the university is very nice.

Dislikes

It is so far from Kolkata.
There are very minimum numbers of shop beside college.
Food of hostel is not so good.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I had a wish that I will be a Computer Science Engineer. So, I choose this course. Here faculty-student ratio is 1:4 There are different types of faculties in our college. Most of them are completed P.hd & few are M.Tech or M.SC passes. Between 2 exams we get 1.5 monts time. Questions of exams are not so hard but the guards during examination are so strict.

Best Developing College

Likes

College is very good. The faculty and the administartor persons are good.
IT is situated little far from main town.Its good if it would have situated in the main town there might be disturbances.

Dislikes

The food facility should be improved.

Placement Experience:

In the 4th year that is 7 sem the candidate becomes eligible for placements. Before that you can go for internships too. This year from AI&ML we had 100% placements. The candidate got more than 8 lakh package. Different companies do vist. My plan after degree is to get a job first and go for higer studies.

My review about The Neotia University

Placement Experience:

From the 7th semester, students are eligible for campus placement. 2-3 company visits for campus interviews. Average package students got 2.5 lakh per annum. And the highest 5 lakh per annum. Almost 70- 80 percent of students got placed. After getting I want to get a job in my dream company.

Students of 3rd and above semester are eligible for placements. There is 65% availability of getting placements. Many companies like Tata, Infosys etc come here to offer jobs and salary packages starts from around 3lakh.
