TNU Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

From 1st Semester Students are Eligible For Hostel. IBM, Much large Company. My plan is first to complete graduation then a complete master's degree and then Ph.D.80 % of students get placements. I didn't know about the highest and average package Placements are not meant for Bsc students from my perspective. Approximately 60% of students get placed in other departments. The highest package often rises to 18LPA.

The Course curriculum & faculty members are quite good, 1st of all I have preferred Bsc Biotech because of my extreme interest in genetic engineering & upcoming situations of Covid 19. Also, this subject has a possibility for a Blooming future in the upcoming days of the Pandemic/epidemic. The Faculty in This college is quite good & The laboratory benefits & materials are also Supportive & workable, This college provides one of the oldest Biotech labs in West Bengal. The student ratio is also balanced. Saying about Qualification of the faculty, The Professors have atleast 6-10 yrs of teaching exp and research performs in their career, they are all friendly & supportive and helps us to explore more in this subject The term exams are Moderate & have standard questions.

Students of 3rd and above semester are eligible for placements. There is 65% availability of getting placements. Many companies like Tata, Infosys etc come here to offer jobs and salary packages starts from around 3lakh.

85% student get placement after complete his course. I complete my degree then i want to do job in Software department. Many company visi our campus for placement. Like as IBM;SAGE;BATOI;ADANI etc.From 4th semester student become eligible for placement.

Our college is giving placements from different companies. And it helps us to show the way to do after completing BSc from our college. Many people who want to pursue higher education are given special benefits. Our college helps those who are looking for a job to get a job.

3rd and above semester guys are available for placement. There is 65% availability of getting placement. Many companies like Tata, Infosys etc come here with a job package. I am also trying for placement if not the good name of your university gives you the job in of campus.

This University- in the fifth semester students become eligible for campus placement. There are so many companies who have visited our university like Ambuja Neotia, The times of India, Pantaloons. 80 to 90 present student get placement.

1. From 7th semester we are eligible. 2. Only Jio once came, no agriculture related company till now visited. As we are the 1st batch and we are now in 6th semester. 3&4. Till now here is no placement opportunities for agriculture department, so I am unable to tell it. But our faculties are in involved for arranging interviews from now , they are consulting with so many companies agriculture related. I hope we will get placement when we will be eligible. 5. My plan to do MSc. After getting the degree.

You have to complete a minimum of 2 internships In the 7th semester, after that, a student is applying for a campacing program, campacing program is very good in our college. Above 6cgpa is required to get placement, but companies are taking quick test after selecting form the test the are eligible for the interview process .

Students from the 7th semester are eligible for campus placement. Our seniors are in the 5th semester. So, no placement till now. This course is research-based so students are preparing for post-grad. As TNU didn't have ICAR affiliation so we are not eligible for JRF (Junior Research Fellowship). This course is also focusing on entrepreneurship. Government jobs like AFO, NABARD are targets of the majority of students. Private job as Agri consultant is in demand nowadays. I want to pursue Agri-Bussiness Management for my post-graduation.
