RGUKT RK Valley Admission Process

To be eligible for the Integrated B.Tech program at Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies (RGUKT), candidates must have completed Class 10 or its equivalent from a recognized board. The age limit is set at 18 years, with a relaxation up to 21 years for students from SC and ST categories. Admission is based on merit, primarily considering the candidate's Class 10 marks or GPA. In cases where two applicants have the same GPA, a structured tie-breaking system is followed, which prioritizes higher grades in Mathematics, General Science, English, Social Studies, and First Language, followed by age (elder candidate preferred), and finally the lowest random number from the hall ticket. Additionally, 85% of the seats are reserved for local candidates of Andhra Pradesh, while the remaining 15% are open to applicants from both Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, ensuring regional representation and inclusivity.

For admission to the Integrated B.Tech program:

• Candidates must apply exclusively through AP Online services.

• The application fee should be paid at an AP Online service centre, where a payment receipt will be issued.

• An additional INR 25 per application will be charged as a service fee by the AP Online centre.

• After completing the online application, candidates must print the application, sign it, and send it along with the payment receipt either by hand, speed post, or registered post.
