Amity University Kolkata: Students' Opinion

AI-Generated Summary based on 1 Reviews

Amity University Kolkata requires students to complete a two-month summer internship, which plays a significant role in their academic evaluation. The university often helps students find placements for these internships but also gives them the freedom to secure positions on their own if they prefer. However, while the university promises campus placements during orientation and interviews, it has not been able to deliver on this promise for most students.

Additionally, Amity University Kolkata is known for having a high fee structure.

Students who opt for the law courses are required to take additional 4 to 5 subsidiary subjects like French or German as part of their open elective courses.

The institute is very strict in terms of attendance and all students are required to have a minimum attendance percentage of 75% mandatorily in order to be able to appear for examinations.
