Presidency University Full honest review from a covid batch BTech placed student.

Likes

The campus which was huge and lush green at the same time.
Faculty per studnet ratio in every branch.
Placement training provided by Clg in sixth semester.

Dislikes

The crowd which contains all schools or branch under it.
Placement opportunities we got because we were covid batch.
A lot of sections of each branches of all the degrees.

Placement Experience:

Campus is kind of good to average but not so good, Since I was in covid batch so I can't say it's all college fault. But the best thing about this college placement is training they provide free of cost before placement drive.

Likes

The campus is really big and the infrastructure is really nice
The management is good with experienced teachers and immersive learning
Regulars fests are held and events take place for students benefits

Dislikes

The rules are a bit strict with respect to the dress code with the tuck in rules

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities are pretty good recently a student was placed for 1400000 and 6 or 7 students were placed for 800000. The students get eligible to get placed based on their cgpa that is 6.5 minimum. The companies are such as cateripillar.

The journey of adult life in university

Likes

The first thing is about presidency University is the faculties are well experienced
Students can interact with any faculty and clarify their doubts
The presidency University has no rowdyism

Dislikes

The students of crowd has been very vast
The biggest dislike is there is no network in the university
Presidency University has no uniform dress except for few courses

Placement Experience:

Placements are offered by university and it's starts when the student is in final year of his/her degree .many companies visits our university like TCS, Infosys,tech Mahindra etc the average package is around 4 to 5 LPA and highest is 12LPA .90% of students get placed.and my plan is the same to get into a job

Good place to learn

Likes

The infrastructure of the college .unique features of gardening
The good court inside the colllege and so on
Teachers are more friendly and even principle also very friendly

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike in this college but some teaching technology i dont like
Some teacher i dont want to mention their name.
Basic needs like washroom should be bigger and comfortable

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum which influenced is like ncc nss yoga redcross etc.the curriculum teachers will teach good things for us and gives life lessons. There is no area to improve for curriculum the timing of the exams is about 3hr we can easily score

Likes

I like the college nature,and the direct to direct conversation between lecture and students .
Beautiful fantastic building, construction.
Friendly management, security guards, curriculum.

Dislikes

Water bottle from canteen, dinner, price is high
Small time to complete large amount of potion.
Cleaning and other activities like contact between girls and boys.

I took bachelor in technology in very large schal integration it is the one of the very fantastic branch in my college,in my branch the method of teaching is good we can understandable,but the examination are not good .

Welcome to Presidency strict but you will enjoyed

Likes

Good campus for seeing beutiful nature and some events are good
I liked most of in library system it's actually good and very useful to us
And teachers and students have some good classes where students are motivated to do new things

Dislikes

The most i dislike is to give hectic work
I doesn't like the sports part it's one corner to other corner
Class timings are worried me please keep same time for all

I'll be frank in total academic will be finished in 6 months only i insist this and I say university can improve by giving some more time to students to know about knowledge and course curriculum consists good outcome only i would like to say please give students some time to settle

Infrastructure is very good ,the cleaning and maintenance is really good in the university
Fest and programmes are conducted really well
Food options are available within the university at a reasonable price

Dislikes

Attendance mandatory otherwise u will get np Per subject 6k
People who r writing supply ,they get supply again
Management should improve their way of managing n rules should be changed regarding jeans

Placement Experience:

We will eligible from 5 th semester for placements,highest is 8L per annum for bba ,70% will be placed but the companies are not good ,most of the companies are telecalling and sales so it's easy to get a job

A Student’s Perspective on Presidency University’s Academic and Campus Life.

Likes

I like the infrastructure of the college
I like the restriction of allowing outers with out permission
Monthly monthly they will take feedback from students about faculty

Dislikes

I think the university is somewhat far from city.
The exams will conduct daily, there will be no gap between exams
There is big gap between semesters after completion of exams

Placement Experience:

After completion of 6th semester based on CGPA the eligible students can apply for the jobs. Capgemini, Wipro, IBM, Hdfc bank, Tata Xlsi, etc.. And some non technical companies. According to our batch the highest package i have seen 12 LPA and lowest package is 3LPA. Mostly 90%of the students get placed. I have worked 6 months in an company and recently i opted for MTech.

College is very strict specially for boys we have insert ,were I'd card, shoes compulsory college displanary members are present around us see the are who not wearing shoes they will not allow them to the college
That much is not good bad experience because even after holiday whenever we go to the college they will not allow into campus without shoes
In this some teachers have good teaching some not have good teaching faculty members are

My first preference is aiml but seat filled that's why I choose the CSD here all teachers are good they will prepare us for real world application especially some teachers have good teaching but here every person

A place to build an engineer

Likes

Support from a faculty to a student to do project
Good plan structure of course arrangements
Good campus good care taking staff. Supporting

Dislikes

Less support towards sports like volleyball and cricket
More expensive in college and most of them are costly
Students who don't want to study no care for them

Placement Experience:

From 6th sem students can be eligible for placement in mnc's like nividia amazon flipkart and many other famous companies offer a placement in this collage. Avarage package is around 8.5 lpa and highest is 52 lpa.
