Eligibility Criteria
A Master’s degree in Engineering/Technology or a Master’s degree by Research in Engineering/Technology with a good academic record or a five-year integrated Masters/ Dual Degree in Engineering/Technology.
OR
A Master’s degree in Sciences with a good academic record and of exceptional merit in the relevant Engineering discipline with a valid GATE score or UGC/CSIR-NET or equivalent qualification in the relevant area tenable for the year of registration.
OR
Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology from any Indian Institute of Technology (IITs) or Master’s degree in Sciences (entry through JAM) from any IIT with an exceptionally good academic record in an eligible discipline and a minimum CGPA of 8/10 (7.5 for EWS/OBC-NCL and 7.0 for SC/ST/PwD).
OR
Candidates with a five-year integrated BS+MS degree from any CFTI.
