- BA/BBA LLB Round 1 Cutoff for the General Category is 292.
- Round 1 Cutoff for BSc (Hons) Agriculture is 360 for General Category students.
The University of South Bihar, referred to as CUSB, was established in 2009 in Gaya, Patna. It has been accredited with an A grade by NAAC. The institute offers 3 integrated programs, and 5 postgraduate courses in multiple specializations.
CUSB accepts applications through online mode.

Candidates applying for B.A + B.Ed, or B.Sc + B.Ed must be qualified with at least 50% in 10 + 2. Admissions are based on the CUET scores.
- Admissions to the B.A + LLB course is also on the basis of CUET scores. Candidates must have passed 10 + 2 with at least 45% to be eligible.
- For the M.Tech course, candidates must have achieved 60% in B.E or B.Tech in a relevant specialization, or MCA. Admissions are based on GATE scores.
- For all other PG courses, eligibility criteria range from 50 to 55% in the relevant specialization. Admissions are based solely on CUET scores.
A 5% relaxation of marks is also granted to all candidates from SC/ ST / OBC community to be eligible. While applying for CUET, there is no Cut Off for these candidates, unless their overall score is 0 or negative.

CUSB Gaya offers 3 Integrated Programmes: BA. + B.Ed, BSc. + B.Ed, and BA + LLB. The programmes are offered in full time regular mode for 4 years (BA + B.Ed and BSc + B.Ed) and 5 years (BA + LLB).

M.Tech Eligibility
The minimum eligibility criteria for the M.Tech program is BE/ B.Tech Degree in the relevant discipline or an MCA degree with at least 60%. GATE score is mandatory to secure admission in M.Tech program.
M.Tech Selection Criteria
- All GATE qualified candidates should register first in the Common Offer Acceptance Portal (COAP).
- After successful completion of registration, the candidate will receive the "COAP Registration Number”. Use this number while filling the registration form.
- Cut off for each specialization will be decided by the central counseling board of CCMT.
- Upon selected, candidates shall be informed regarding their selection status through a merit list published at the official website of the institute and at their COAP login account.

How to Apply for M.Tech?
- Register for the exam through the NTA website.
- Enter the login details for creating a unique ID and password.
- Enter personal login with the unique ID and password and enter personal information (name, date of birth, personal mobile number, parents’ name, parents’ mobile number, etc.).
- Upload photographs, signatures, and other documents.
- Enter the GATE paper (subject) and choice of examination cities.
- Pay the application fee and submit it.
- After submission, check the status of the application form and retain the hard copy of it.

- Visit the official website of CUET and click on the New Registration button. Register yourself and login with the application ID and password created.
- Fill in the academic and personal details.
- Upload the photographs and signature.
- Select the exam center.
- Choose the Universities according to the order of preference.
- Preview and edit the application form.
- Submit the form and pay the application fee.
How to apply to CUSB?
After the examination results are declared, candidates must apply to CUSB on its official website too. The steps are mentioned below:
- Visit CUSB website / erp.cubonline.ac.in
- Click on the register (link on the right corner of the screen).
- Sign up with registered CUET email, CUET application number & user name, password of your choice.
- After successful registration, you will be redirected to the student’s registration online form.
- Fill up all the columns like basic details, qualifications, experience details, etc. and upload the required documents and complete the registration process.
- Download the completed application and submit the same at the time of admission.

Ans. The University does not provide any educational loans but has many other financial aids for the students. The scholarships provided by the University can be helpful for the students looking for financial support.

Ans. No, you have to qualify the entrance exams such as CUET to be eligible for admission to CUSB. The university does not offer direct admissions to any of its course currently.

Ques. What GATE exam marks do I need for CUSB Gaya?
Ans. For M.Tech admission, it is necessary to score at least or more than 513 scores for General Category, and for SC/ST/OBCs Category the score is 437 marks in the entrance exam. There are only 18 seats in the course, hence building up the competition.
Ques. Are there Ph.D. courses?
Ans. Yes, there are Ph.D. courses available. Admissions are also based on CUET scores. However, candidates who are qualified with UGC, JRF, SLET, or GATE are not required to sit for the CUET examination.

For admission in Master's programme, one has must completed his/her graduation. They have to qualify cuet exam (earlier cucet). You will be able to clear the exam if you have studied well in your graduation. The admission process is quite easy. And if any issue occurs, the faculty member are there to guide

You need to give the CUET exam and in THIS exam. You need to fill the option in which you apply for centre university of South Bihar and then you get a cut-off list which is approx 82% and then university release theMERIT list in which if you clear the cut-off, then you get the entry in the university.

For addmission process is pretty standrad just like rest of University. It takes addmission on CUET basis. First you have to go CUSB website then open cusb samarth portal and in new addmission fill your details along with your Cuet score and pay fee of 500. After sometime a list will be provided for all selected students along with Cut-offs . After Addmission the verification is also done after 1 Month so students get proper time to settle and arrange documents, rather than in rush. So overall addmission is smooth.

The counselling process is very simple. one just needs to register on university website for course admission and enter details and wait for the list of admission.

I got into my university through CUET entrance examination a common exam for getting admission in the central universities all over India .I have opted for doing masters in commerce ,which we should have a minimum percentage of 55 at our bachelor's to be considered by a central university.
CUET is the central university eligible test conducted by the NTA . The examination will be conducted year by year approximately at the month of September and the application procedures will begin approximately at the month of July or August.The examination charges a certain amount of fees for various courses.CUET is a computer based examination which has 100 questions.From the questions 25 of them will general aptitude and the rest from the main subject.Each right answer carries 4marks and wrong answer0.25 will be deducted. The examination will be of 3 hours also the examination is multiple choice based.The selection will be based on the cutoff marks of the particular university.
