Candidate must have passed 10+2 examination from a recognized board with at least 50% aggregate marks in physics, chemistry and mathematics and also at least 50% marks in aggregate of the 10+2 level examination or passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate, and qualified an aptitude test in Architecture conducted by the Council of Architecture.

Fees is not very high. Every one can afford it.Hostel infrastructure is average. The food which they give is average. There are 3 students in one room. Bed ,table and chair is provided to each one of them. 24 hours electricity and wifi is given. No attached toilets are there.
