NSUT East Campus Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

I have always been interested in creating things and I saw computer science as a way to turn that passion into a career. The faculty of NSUT is awesome. They all are highly qualified and their teaching method is awesome. In one sem frequency of exams is 2 and the paper is not so much difficult.

After 6th sem, you are eligible for on-campus placements and after the 4th sem, you are eligible for on campus internship. Various big companies like apple, Google, Meta, Microsoft, etc visits our college and 182 offers were given to 152 students in the ECE department. The highest package this year was given by Amazon Germany which was 1,06,00,000 and the average salary for the ECE department was 18 lakh and almost all the students were placed. My plan is also the same like every student to get placed in a reputed MNC.

The placements at our university are very good. I think around 6 sem students become eligible for placement. All the companies visit our university such as Google, Microsoft, etc. The highest package of our university is 1.5 crore per annum and the average is around 18 lakh per annum almost all the students who are taking admission get placed around 95% students getting placed I will try to take a placement in top MNCs such as google, Microsoft, etc.

because I am from the 2024 batch and we are the first batch so I have no idea about placement and about internships from my branch only 10 students get internships in 4 months of internship drive among them only 2 students get on-campus internships otherwise all other have off-campus internship offer.

The placement takes place through main campus. Being among the top tier colleges best companies visit here, similar to IITs. The average package offered is around 15 LPA. The core tech branches have almost 99 percent placement record

In the 5th sem internship tests are conducted for many companies. Companies like google, Microsoft, sprinter, etc visit the campus. The placement session also sees a lot of companies. Around 90% of students get placed.

Placements are becoming better day by day with companies like Amazon coming into college. Every student who knows his subjects is placed at end of placement season Around 90percent of students were placed last year. Those not were either preparing for higher studies or government jobs.

since it was under IPU but now since it is under NSUT so placements have changed drastically. every student gets placed with a good package since it has just been a year so things are going to be best in a year or so and the campus will have a major IT company coming in to take the best students and offer a handsome salary. this year Batch of 22 had an avg package of 10LPA and it is going to be 15-20 next year

Since we are part of nsut main campus all our placements will be done on the main campus only. There are more than 600 companies visiting campus every year with great packages. In computer science, almost 90 percent students get placed in mnc.

In post-graduation, the students are eligible from the 3rd semester as the course is for 2 years. Many well-known companies like Google, Microsoft, and semantics arrived for placement. Around 60% of the students get placed every year. After getting a degree, I am planning to open a startup.
