Likes

The campus is spacious with well-maintained gardens
Library is very big and it offers various kinds of books
Canteen has high quality and affordable food

Dislikes

There are very less sports facilities in the campus
The placement record is not very strong.
he washrooms are not well maintained in the campus

Placement Experience:

From the 7th semester,students are eligible for campus placements. Notable companies include Microsoft, Qualcomm, Morgan Stanley, Atlassian,Amazon, Walmart etc. Highest package was of 80 LPA. Average Package ranges between 9 LPA to 10 LPA. Approx 80% of the students secure job offers.

The unsung story of NSUT EAST CAMPUS

Likes

I liked the campus as it is spacious according to the no of students .
The seniors are very much helping and guide us in a proper way
The faculty is also decent in which majority teachers are good but some of them in teaching aspects are not that good but they are always available if any student need any sort of guidance.

Dislikes

Some of faculty members are not up to the mark
The ratio of boys to girls is also very less approx (10:1)
The infrastructure is not so good and sports ground needs to be upgraded

Internships Opportunities:

Internship opportunities are available for 3rd year students. On campus internship is not so easy to grab because the competition is very much high. The roles for internship are web developer, frontend developer etc.

the placements are decent here. many companies come here to hire and offer very good packages, Also, our tnp cell is very active to give best to students and help them achieve their dream package.
the campus is huge and lushgreen. no one can get bored of this campus and there are many places nearby to enjoy after college. College infra is best and memorable view.

Dislikes

Faculty is not very helping and supportive. they get frustated on little things.
Academics are very hard in NSUT. many students get sem back and get disappointed. curriculum is inclined towards rote learning instead of what is required in industry.

Internships Opportunities:

mostly people take internships themselves as less intern opportunities are provided my college. we need good skills and projects to showcase our skills. internship is not hard to get.many seniors whom I talked to got intern by applying through LinkedIn.

Likes

Faculty teaches in a very interesting manner
Brand value and placements of this collage was pretty good
The seniors are supportive and my batchmate are friendly

Dislikes

Infrastructure is not maintained like a college especially like main campus
Small area. The campus is created in 7 acres so not area to explore
Thelocationof the institute is not good but in between a slum area

Internships Opportunities:

The college offers internships in summer and winter breaks. Which doesn't disturb any thing related to study but it gives us the working environment and allows us to learn more through the experience we get from the internships.

Likes

Small campus so it's easy to travel from one corner to another in just 4 to 5 min
Hassle free entry in college , there is no requirement to show id card
Labs are well maintained and are also upto date

Dislikes

Do not have lab of all subjects , there is no iot lab
Teachers are both supportive and unsupportive

Internships Opportunities:

Internship opportunities for boys are less . But for girls internship starts from 2nd year itself . But for boys it starts from 3rd year. Companies visiting for internship are less for boys

The insights of NSUT EAST

Likes

The college campus is very big. You see a lot of space there and facility of each and every sport.
The college fest are cherry on cake as they give you a free vibe. After exams fests feels like heaven and i enjoy a lot
The college internship and placement co ordinators and tnp cell is great almost every student is places in the college

Dislikes

The college culture can be toxic because of some students
College only focuses on the learning knowledge of the student no practical knowledge is given

Placement Experience:

The placement in the college starts for the students of 7th semester. The college placements from TnP cell from the college are excellent alomost 80% of the students gets placed in the college placements who appear in college placements. Almost 250 to 300 companies visit the college and they give proper chances to students to perform. The Highest package for 2020 - 2024 batch was 80lpa domestic. and average package is almost 9lpa to 10lpa.

The freedom to visit any campus of the university is good. The college have many societies in which you can be a part.
The Placements of the college is very good. The placement rate is also good of the college.
The college fest is also great and many famous artists performs.

Dislikes

Due to the attendance policy, it is difficult to maintain.
Classrooms doesn't have AC's which creates humidity in a class of 60 students in summers.

Placement Experience:

The college placements are held with main campus ie in Dwarka Sec 3. Students from 5 semester are eligible for placement. Almost all the companies visit the campus for placement like facebook, apple, amazon, netflix etc. The highest package was 1.6 Crores and the average package was of 16 lakhs. The placement rate was 85 %. I will try to get a Job in a MNC

Students operated clubs are very active (talking about NSUT main campus clubs)
most of the Crowd of college is quite good
Since number of students is quite high therefore you can interact with variety of students.

Dislikes

NSUT is very strict about attendance and rules.
You have to maintain at least 75% attendance to sit in examinations.
Some of the faculty are very poor in teaching .

Internships Opportunities:

Students are eligible for internship from 3rd year. Companies like microsoft , amazon gives internship oppotunities to students. If you maintain good CGPA and learn DSA (for technical internships ) Or your core subjects (for core branch internship) then it wil have good chance to grab internship.

Decent Campus, with decent college life!

The fact that placement will be from main campus.

Dislikes

Fees is too high. It should be reduced till the time we get better infrastructure.
75% attendance rule should be removed...
There is no wifi in the college!!.. you will get the connection but there is very slow internet!!!. Even our phone's net is faster!!

Internships Opportunities:

Intership are offered in 3rd year. You should have great command over dsa for teach placement and also you should be doung other things as well...like only dsa is not sufficient...this will get your first round cleared..but to clear other rounds...you need to pick some other tech stack as well.
