Course Description
The application form will be available in online mode only. The steps to apply for any of the courses offered by the university are mentioned below:
- Go to the official website of GBPUAT.
- Register by providing details such as email, mobile number, name, date of birth, desired program and domicile.
- Upon successful registration, login using the mobile number/ registration number and password.
- Now fill the application form with personal, qualification and communication details.
- Also upload scanned documents of photograph, signature and left thumb impression.
- After filling the form, pay application fee of INR 1200/- (INR 600/- for SC/ST/PH candidates) through Credit Card/ Debit Card or Internet Banking.
- Post payment, take a printout of the confirmation page.
NOTE - In case a candidate wants to appear for other Master's programme in addition to MCA then he/she need to fill a separate application form
Documents Required
Candidates need to submit the following documents along with the application form:
- Confirmation page print out of application form.
- Copy of Online Fee Receipt
- Self attested copy of Uttarakhand/J & K Domicile certificate (For UG only)
- Self attested copy of Category and Weightage Certificate, if eligible
- Self attested copies of High School Certificate and Certificate/Marks-sheet of qualifying examination
NOTE - Candidate must retain a photocopy of filled in Confirmation Page and Fee Receipt for future correspondence.
Eligibility Criteria
Aspirants seeking admission to 4 year Full-time B.Tech Program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.
Academic Requirement:
Pass in 10+2 examination or its equivalent with Physics and Mathematics and any one of the optional subjects Chemistry/ Biotechnology/Computer Science/ Biology.
Entrance Exam:
Candidates are required to appear in JEE Main.

- Good lab facilities and they provide exposure to everyone student
- It's secure place for your children it's having 24×7 security and hospital facility.
Dislikes
- I dislike some of the professors that don't even listen to their students and just prove their points
- Hostel entry time you will not gonna encounter single girl after 7pm
Course Curriculum Overview:
I opted for this course because I was not having a good rank to get IT or CS so I chose this branch and now this field suites me well because I will having more options in future for my post graduation because this branch have all the courses for future need and development.
Fee Structure And Facilities:
Since biotech is a self funded course it's fee is 50k/year more as compared to fee of other branches of B Tech. Fee of Btech biotech is approx 80k per sem and 1.5 lakh per year including hostel and FOOD. Fee of other Btech branches is around 50k/sem and 1 lakh/ year.
